Horrible !JE DÉCONSEILLE ! Ne correspond pas du tout à la description. Même dans un hôtel de 3 étoile c'est beaucoup plus propre .

Hotel pictures ocean front property. It is not. There is no ocean view the bar they picture on the beech is 10 minutes away on foot and does not belong to this property. Hotel is a run down dump, paper thin walls, plumbing that does not work and bet i comforsble beds. Food is largely nasty, staff is not at all friendly. I would not spend a penny at this brand unless you want to see your vacation ruined.

CUIDADO. Absoluta estafa. No hay por donde empezar a describir este lugar y lo terrible que es. No llega ni a dos estrellas. Es un hitel viejo, sucio y feo sin ningún tipo de servicio. Ni un café puedes conseguir. El personal es desagradable y la zona MUY insegura (lo primero que te dice la recepcionista casi amenazando es que si dejas el coche en la calle hay robos violentos pero que el parking está lleno). Cualquier hotel menos este por favor. Vais a vivir una experiencia muy frustrante en un atrapa-guiris. No sé en qué década consiguieron las cuatro estrellas pero hace mucho que no deberían estar ahí.

He estado una semana a todo incluido y perfecto, han sido mis primeras vacaciones sola y en ningún momento me he sentido asi. El personal encantador, amable, encantador. Gracias a Noelia y Ana de Sala, se portaron de maravilla y a todos los chicos del bar, muy jovenes pero muy trabajadores, simpáticos y amables. Os pongo un diez en todo, pienso repetir, me senti como en casa. Felicitar también a los cocinetos, la comida buenisima, me encantarin los postres y eso que yo no soy de dulces, pero estaban riquísimos. El personal no paraba ni un momento y en buffet nunca faltaba nada, reponian continuamente. Me queria venir 😫, pero seguro que repito. Gracias y suerte

After staying at a less favourable hotel we moved here last minute. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel, service was really good, only downside was the light coming into the room at 6am, darker blinds needed. Pools amazing for kids

L' hôtel est vieux, chambre spacieuse propre, spa privatif pas mal, le repas moyen. L ascenseur fait trop de bruit, on l'entend dans la chambre. Piscine extérieure à besoin du rafraîchissement.

La habitacion sucia con restos de comida ..la terraza pegajosa toda la barandilla..1 dedo de polvo.en fin un desastre . Y para colmo cara. No volvere eso lo twngo claro como hotel de 4 estrellas creo que no se merece ni 2

Hotelli on hyvin kulunut. Se tuskin saavuttaa kolmea tähteä. Lapseni, 12- ja 14-vuotiaat, emme päässeet edes uima-altaalle tai kattobaariin. Viihdettä on hyvin vähän tämän ikäisille lapsille. All inclusive ei kata kaikkea, monista juomista ja välipaloista piti maksaa erikseen.

Très belle hotel, personnel au top, chambre très bien. Le buffet nourriture varié et très bonne.

Les petits points négatifs pas trop d'intimité dans l'angle et les serviettes on était 3 à chaque fois qu'on en redemande ils nous en redonne sans problème mais le lendemain ils oublient et on se retrouve à 3 avec 2 serviettes

Hotel convenable pour une nuit, confort laisse a désirer, chambres mal insonorisées, climatisation ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour, propreté moyenne. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Par contre la piscine avait l'air grande et agréable.

Das Hotel ist zu hellhörig.
Bei Halbpension gibt es nichtmal wasser zum Abendessen.
Parkplätze 15€ und nichmal asphaltiert.
Das einige positive persol sehr Freundlich.
Handtücher wurden jeden tag gewechselt.
Betten naja gemacht.

Déçu nous avions pris la pension complète mais apparemment les boissons eu restaurant ne sont pas compris. Buffet peu varié et pas terrible. Déçu ce cet hôtel htop
Pas de place de parking

The hotel was fine. The staff are friendly and the private spa area is great. The room was basic and the food was ok. Close to the beach about 5/10 min walk and loads of shops and restaurants on the way to the beach. Also there is a supermarket round the corner which is great if you need to pick a few bits up. Elevators can be a bit of a nightmare especially at food time. Overall its a decent hotel in a good area of the town.
