Kompletnie mylna nazwa ze jest to hotel i w dodatku 3 gwiazdki na bookingu, raczej hostel. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

César é uma pessoa sensacional, ele faz tudo valer a pena, a localização, o quarto, o café, foi tudo maravilhoso principalmente pela pessoa que trata o próximo tão bem quanto ele! Vida longa César!

Perfecto para varias parejas
Pros:

Muy buena atención y perfecto para varias parejas, como íbamos nosotros. Cerca del museo centro memoria una visita obligada.

Es central, pero no había muchas tiendas cerca, había que caminar un poco.

Perfect, comfy bed. Quiet location.
Pros:

Very reasonably priced. Lovely, quiet location. Comfortable bed. Super friendly, helpful owner. Couple of mini marts up the road.
Some of the comments have said the rooms are small, and yes, ours was small, but perfectly adequate, and unless you’re travelling with a load of “Louis Vuitton” luggage, it’s not an issue.

Hôte qui fait son possible pour rendre le service attendu mais visiblement débordé. Accueil aimable et attentif.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment réduit à sa plus simple expression et assez peu à la hauteur de ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre à comparaison égale de ce type d'établissement.
Prix à la hauteur de la prestation, c'est à dire très moyenne, malgré les efforts du propriétaire qui semble complètement dépassé.
Établissement plus désuet qu'autre chose, presque vétuste.
Pas spécialement bien placé.
Je ne comprends pas la note de 8,1 qui lui est attribuée et les commentaires élogieux qui, en ce qui me concerne, m'ont induit en erreur. En même temps, vu le prix, j'aurais dû me méfier.
Je recommande cet établissement uniquement si vous cherchez vraiment quelque chose à petit budget.

Hotel in good location with metro access
Pros:

Great place to stay and a great location. Simple breakfast included. Accommodating Staff - Quick reply by message. Luggage storage available. Metro nearby too! Local restaurants and shops. Neighbourhood seems very nice and residential but maybe taxi it late as it is not very busy.

Cons:

Rooms painted yellow with black 'London' sheets. No problem, but white sheets and a paint job - white/ light colour would give it a modern edge.
Breakfast could be improved slightly (white bread/ jam and hot drink atm).
The hotel host could make conversations/ messages briefer - all in all he is accommodating!
The shower aimed too high - I am tall - but I had to keep holding it down.

I rebooked for a different trip & had the same perfect experience
Pros:

I left town for a few days & needed to come back to Santiago. I immediately rebooked this property based off of my previously experience. I received the same top-notch service!
