Great property. Great location. Great staff.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating with a luggage drop-off before check-in. The facilities were clean and the location was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the overall unit was very spacious.

Lovely bedroom & a comfortable bed. Excellent dinner and breakfast, Philpotts soda bread is the best

The room was spacious and the bedding and shower excellent

Cons:

It would be helpful if the basin plug fitted the outlet - it wasted a lot of water.
And there was a 'buzz' every 15 minutes or so perhaps from a pump or pressurisation device apparently in the ceiling. Didn't prevent sleep but distracting.

Pros:

Great location. Beautiful old building. Room was nicely renovated and comfortable,vexcept as below.

Cons:

Room did not have AC and it was 30C outside and inside. Very uncomfortable. Fans helped but not enough.

Good location, easy to get to places don’t bother with the breakfast
Pros:

Great people at the front desk to welcome you. Lovely building and courtyard.

Breakfast was not great and the bar staff were not particularly helpful or friendly

Pros:

Location was nice, walking distance to restaurants and main streets. Comfortable beds and quiet even though our room was overlooking the street. Our room was on the third floor with elevator. We requested two bedrooms close by as we were traveling with our family but they put us in two different floors so make sure you specify if that is what you need (even though we did). Staff is extremely nice and breakfast is very good too.

Appartamento per sei, due bagni, molto spazioso, pulito, con tutti i confort compresa lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il ristorante sotto ancora più bello. Praticamente in centro

I had NO hot water!!!! That says it all.

It was clean.

Cons:

It was expensive and I had no hot water. The person who answered got back to me and said Sorry, there is no hot water on you whole floor. I had muscle pains and needed a hot shower. Had to take a cold shower; HORRIBLE. They didn't accommodate me in any way. They said i would have to check with the booking company. They said the booking company has to submit s complaint which they would honor. So, I'm informing you now and I would like to be compensated for this. I was miserable.
