Really lovely!
Pros:

The hotels in a great location! Staff were so welcoming and kind. The beds incredibly comfortable and the room spacious. The tv was great quality. Shower was hot. No complaints !

Great location and facilities, great staff too - Irena was brilliant!
Pros:

Great location and facilities, staff were great too. Irena was so kind to let us check in early and upgrade the room - which made a difficult week of hospital visits so much better. Everything was great!

Pros:

Lovely and quiet evening though is on a very busy road. Food was excellent, beds very comfy and a lovely fire at the lobby.

Pros:

Great location, helpful staff with a stylish foyer

Cons:

Our room 304 with a bit smelly when we arrived back to the room each time. It’s cleared if we left the window open during the day whilst we were out. The Irish breakfast was a bit disappointing, sausages cold and the eggs were over cooked. The continental breakfast however was very good value for money.

Pros:

Everything the staff so kind and helpful with whatever was needed my partner and I had dinner in the restaurant and it was divine the service was exceptional from the wait staff and food was to die for the room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfy the location was perfect not only was it close to Cork city centre but it was also close to the train station again the staff were exceptional all around

Cons:

The only thing I have to say that was a downside was that when I booked it on booking.com I was told that my checkout time was 10:30am which it was not it was 12pm just in case someone else was seeing that and thought that was a bit early that information is incorrect I would like to be changed and the photos on booking.com need to updated in terms of the room photos because it did not do this absolutely beautiful hotel justice in the least I have no cretics on the actually hotel itself could not have asked for a better stay

It was a romantic stay :)
Pros:

The property was very close to everything, it had a nice environment to it and was just very enjoyable! The room we had was lovely and spacious giving the price of it :)
