It was absolutely perfect!
Pros:

Beautiful building and entrance! Gorgeous waterfall whip you overlook going to room in glass lift. Shower was amazing, bed was super comfortable too. Excellent location.

Pros:

La localisation en plein centre ville, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel à la réception qui était à l'écoute de nos demandes ( réservation taxi, du restaurant...)et pour le petit déjeuner.
La cascade à l'intérieur donne un cachet et une originalité

Τέλεια τοποθεσία και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό!

Cons:

Δεν πρόσεξα ότι έκλεισα μικρό δίκλινο κατά λάθος, αλλά το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό, το κρεβάτι σχεδόν μονό και κοντό! Ούτε ο Φρόντο Μπάγκινς δεν θα χωρούσε! Πρίζα μόνο μία και μία θύρα USB!!

Pros:

LOVED the apartment! I could have stayed there forever. There was not one issue with the place, it was super clean, great location, had everything that I needed to be comfortable.

Was disappointed and the slamming doors gave me a headache.
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Issac. I booked it after seeing it featured on a YouTube travel video and reading reviews. Foin, working the front desk during the day was great, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The evening desk clerk told my husband he could fix the tv that wouldn't connect to the internet. Once he was in the room, he didn't do anything and said the hotel was full, but would have maintenance come in the morning. In the morning, Foin greated us again and asked if they could send maintenance to the room. We said yes. When we returned, no sign that they were there and the tv wasn't connected to the internet. The night desk guy did say the disconnect is a common complaint. The big issue with this hotel is the door slamming. It is ridiculous that a hotel would have door closers installed that are so disruptive. It ruined the stay, it was that loud! The rooms were dirty and dusty with stains on the lamp shades. I would not stay there again. There is just a small glass and on the shower and water gets all over the floor and sprays on the bathroom door that doesn't look good due to water damage. This room was too expensive for you got. I stayed at 6 hotels during my trip. Worst value.
