Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, konnten dadurch die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück und das Bett war sehr bequem.

hotel lata świetności ma za sobą, obsługa naciąga na dodatkowe opłaty za niedostępne benefity

lokalizacja, dobre śniadanie, zapachy

Cons:

podczas zameldowania do zarezerwowanego pokoju zaoferowano nam za dopłata ok. 500 zł podwyższenie standardu i wynajęcie apartametnu 2 pokojowego z 2 łazienkami dla 3 osób, możliwością korzystania z clubowego salonika, w którym miały być zapewnione dodatkowe przekąski w dodatkowych godzinach oraz drinki. Niestety nie dość że 2 razy w dwóch róznych porach kiedy te przekąski miał być serwowane to nie było nic do jedzenie, nie było drinków, to jeszcze karty przestały działac o godzinie 11 dnia wymeldowania mimo, że mieliliśmy late checkout i miały działac do 16.00. Zatem niewiele z zapewnionych dodatków za dodatkową cenę było dostępnych. Pomimo wstawienia dostawki do pokoju dla trzeciej osoby niestety już nikt nie zadbał ani o ręczniki ani o wodę dla tej trzeciej osoby. Wstyd i żenada, jak na tylo gwaizdkowych hotel :(

Miejsce na konferencję - super. Na pobyt - średnie.
Pros:

Jako miejsce dla sporej konferencji - bardzo dobre. Dobrej jakości śniadanie. Ciekawe doświadczenia podczas korzystania ze szklanej windy.

Cons:

Wyeksploatowane pokoje. Meble, ściany, łazienka wraz z wyposażeniem - w wielu miejscach po prostu zniszczone, zabrudzone, z osadem. W szczególności razi fakt, że hotel próbuje podkreślać swój prestiż i "5 gwiazdek". Pora na remont.
