The room is fine, nothing special.
I had been in 3 stars hotel that were better.
No coffee machines in the room, only 1 coffee per person. No drinking water.
The breakfast was less than fair. Many options but nothing tasty, not even the desert.
The location is good for business users and not inspiring.
Very clean and comfortable room with good amenities. Excellent service in the lobby bar and front desk. Nice location in the business district within walking distance to the city center.
The lounge on 19th floor was nice but a bit bland, felt a little bit like a conference room with catering.
Top notch service and great experience overall.
Hotel is old and the suite that I wasted my 5 nightly annual awards on was facing the lounge which mean zero privacy. During our stay the weather was hot and the aircon barely worked. Hotel staff mostly have an attitude. I also chose points as welcome gift and until now still battling with the property and customer service to get them applied. As this is mostly targeted towards business guests you won’t feel recognized or welcomed. The only good thing is the lounge and some of its staff. However that doesn’t justify staying here. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel!

The Westin Warsaw hotel is outstanding.
We were welcomed at the front desk by
Paweł Stocki (Front Office & Westin Workout Guest Experience Supervisor).
From the first moment I met Pawel I noted his enthusiasm for his role and attention to detail in providing substantial answers to our questions about the hotel and things that we wanted to know about the city.
During our extensive travels, it’s not often that you come across someone like this which has prompted me to share this information.
His enthusiasm was certainly shared by the other team members at the front desk as our dealings with them were exceptional.
Thanks Pawel for making our stay at The Westin Hotel a happy and memorable occasion.

Westin was definitely great experience in perfect location. Staying in a suite we had an opportunity to experience the lounge dining. Food assortment is very nice and the service is definitely 5⭐️ hotel level (thank you Dorota for your kindness). Bonus- don’t forget to get your voucher and visit Zachęta.
