Η διαμονή μας ήταν απλά φανταστική από το πρώτο λεπτό μέχρι το τελευταίο. Η καθαριότητα και η αισθητική του δωματίου ξεπέρασαν κάθε προσδοκία.

Το πρωινό είχε τεράστια ποικιλία με φρέσκα τοπικά προϊόντα και μη, αναλογα με τις διατροφικές συνήθειες του καθενός.ν Ητοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για τις εξορμήσεις μας. Αν ψάχνετε για το τέλειο μέρος να χαλαρώσετε, αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι η νούμερο ένα επιλογή. Ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε!»

Skandaliczne zachowanie recepcji.

Jak zawsze- znakomite łóżka.

Cons:

Skandaliczne zachowanie recepcji. Po wizycie housekeepingu zauważyłem, że zniknął bilecik parkingowy z szafki nocnej. Jako że w weekendy parking jest darmowy, nie przejmując się tym uznałem, że nie będzie problemu. Niestety- przy wymeldowaniu Pani z recepcji stwierdziła, że należne jest 99 zł opłaty za zgubiony bilecik. Na stwierdzenie, że jestem pewny że zniknął po sprzątaniu (bo wiem dokładnie gdzie go kładłem, w końcu jestem w tym hotelu regularnie) usłyszałem jedynie że to "niemożliwe". Arogancja i bezczelność recepcjonistki sięgnęła zenitu- żadnej próby wyjaśnienia (np sprawdzając kto sprzątał poprzedniego dnia), jedynie telefon do kierownika housekeepingu który stwierdził że to na pewno nie oni. Sytuacja nie do przyjęcia w jakimkolwiek hotelu, a co dopiero 5 gwiazdkowym, żeby obarczać gościa swoimi błędami.

Very nice stay - to be repeated.
Pros:

Nice design, proximity to metro and tram stops. Spacious rooms with all amenities to be able to work and be comfortable for a longer stay.
Breakfast had more than enough choice and was delicious every morning. Great gym facilities and great that it was open 24/7.
The lifts are a novelty!

Cons:

Staff at reception were not particularly attentive or friendly whereas the bar & restaurant staff had superb customer service.
The bar atmosphere wasn’t terribly warm and inviting, more like a seating area than an inviting space to spend the evening.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Absolutely love this hotel! Breakfast, room, staff - every single detail was perfect. And really good vegan meals!

Cons:

They fixed it right away, but instead of two robes and pairs of slippers, they prepared only one.
