A definite return. I was pleased 😎
Pros:

Had an amazing time .. All staff on board were great, Tina, Gavin, and a few of the front desk staff, whose name I unfortunately forgot.
I also had a great time at the pool with my son.
Thanks for the awesome experience 😎

It was good will recommend others to stay here again

Cons:

At first our TV would not work so we switched rooms also the wifi connection was weak. Thank gog for the manager that was on duty to give us her personal wifi code .I travelled with 2 small kids and wifi was much needed.

the fact that I had a room the phn wasn't working rm 203 reported it on the first day I also asked for am additional blanket.None of these requests was honored.A tall bright lady was on at this time.
. then on day 3 I went to inquire about the room not being cleaned I was told you had to requests cleaning.But I remembered seeing a sticker on the mirror stating the only way your room wasn't cleaned is if a do not disturb sign was on the door.At this time a black lady with a short hair cut was on also the tall lady.And when I was walking away they stated to each other that they had to sing gospel songs to get thru their day . Customer service needs to be addressed.

I felt very safe there, the location was really nice and they gave me a wonderful room which I liked. I think I got my moneys worth while staying there.

Cons:

I don’t dislike anything about the property. My only concern was about a staff member who had checked me, and he was not very pleasant.
