Pros:

The staff was friendly and willing to work with us. They had fresh coffee all day long and didn't have a problem talking to the customers. There fitness center was open 24/7.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good. They had frozen sausage patties and eggs. The beds squeaked and the bathtub appeared to not have been cleaned. They were also doing remodel so the pool was out of service.

While the beds were comfortable, the rest was completely ubsurd given this hotel's price point.
Pros:

I thought the beds were very comfortable and linens appeared fresh and clean.

Cons:

The elevator was broken upon arrival, guests were stuck inside. We walked to the 2nd floor. Hallways smelled musty and of breakfast smells maybe? Room appeared to be clean. Upon further use we saw frozen leftover residue in the freezer, mold along the entire inside of the window, there was hair on the tub/shower walls, morning "complimentary" breakfast had no eggs, bacon, sausage or forks available due to "out of stock". 1 flavor of yogurt. Orange juice machine was empty. Only fruit was apples. This was at 830am. We left without eating.

We got what we paid for, low price and even lower quality
Pros:

The staff was excellent, everything thing else was sup par.

Cons:

The facility needs massive work, pool was down for exposed wires due to a light being broken, the TV in our room didn't work(it was eventually fixed) and the breakfast was nothing special

Not good!!!
Cons:

All the USB/charging ports in the room were damaged, inoperable.
Most of the 120V outlets in the room were, damaged and inoperable.
The towel rack in the bathroom was literally torn out of the wall.
There were no drinking glasses, no liners in the garbage cans.
The carpet in the hallways were damaged and dirty, the doors did not shut behind you, they had to be pulled shut.
etc.. etc...

I won't be staying here again.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and professional. When we had a problem with the shower not draining they dealt with it right away.

Cons:

The facilities for breakfast were inadequate to deal with the volume of guests. We would try to stop for breakfasts only to encounter such a long line of people that we had to go elsewhere.

The spa was so strong it was not enjoyable.

The elevator was absurdly slow to respond/open/close.

Cons:

Decor is ancient, and everything was dirty. Remodel the entire building, and maybe your prices will make more sense

Worst place I 've ever stayed and I have stay in some very questionable areas.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Bathtub had mold in it. Carpet was stained everywhere. Had to get cleaning supplies and clean before could use. Place look like it was completely worn out.

Pros:

-Location was good
-staff helpful, friendly
-breakfast was good (what was available of it besides ample eggs/sausage patties)
-beds were good, towels were nice, ample
-stay was fine overall for price

Cons:

-property Entry/Exit was challenging to find and access on the 4 lane road by the freeway onramp it's next to

-all hot tub bubbler valves need adjusted) secured, so water is aimed into tub depth, not spewn into the air in one's face and everywhere else when in operation. Also, the hot tub chlorine level was unsafe (am former pool manager): your treatment may save you on maintenance staffing, but is unsafe/beyond recommended levels for human contact: was a quite unpleasant soak due to this. Made the eyes sting just entering: had to avoid getting the water in one's eyes.

-Microwave was difficult to use: too light positioned atop the refrigerator (room 214): it slid around when attempting to operate.
(maybe put a non-skid mat under it?)

-Breakfast: while there were nicely varied offerings, only 2 of our 5-person party (early-risers who arrived as breakfast began) were able to access the full breakfast menu (though did not avail themselves of all items). But as they arrived, there were only 3 yogurt servings in the cooler (to start your Monday Oct. 6th, 7 a.m. food service) which were immediately taken. At our 3rd party member's 8 a.m. arrival, there was only 1 English muffin left (for 'biscuits' and gravy or breakfast sandwich) and 1 serving of waffle fruit (strawberry syrup).
All that was left at 9 when our last 2 went to breakfast was cold cereal, waffle batter and whipped cream. And the parking lot was quite full the 5th over to 6th night when we arrived at 11 p.m.-Location was good. Entry/exit a bit challenging.

-Hot tub needs bubbler valves fixed so water is not spewn into one's face and everywhere
(maybe don't skimp on food supplies and orders, signage '1 serving per customer' ???)

Idk the answer, but your attendant said they had no extra inventory to serve, were awaiting a food order delivery later that day.
