Bien para lo que pagamos
Pros:

Baño privado en la habitación, un punto importante. La cama bastante cómoda. La ubicación y que se comunicara tan bien con el centro de la ciudad también un punto positivo. Cambio de toallas a diario, todos los días teníamos toallas limpias.

Cons:

Al entrar en la recepción olía mal, complicado de describir el olor. La habitación tenía un pequeño patio que estaba sucio, llevaba muchos días sin limpiar. La ducha perdía agua. El váter, si te agachabas un poco tenía mucha suciedad. Lo que menos me gustó, e incluso me tenía alerta, era la gente del barrio. Muy sospechosa.

Pros:

Besoin d'une nuit avec un petit budget.
Chambre simple, petite mais fonctionnelle.
Prix très abordable pour une nuit à Paris (60 €).
Chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure : pas de bruit de circulation.
Service de bagagerie sécurisé après avoir rendu ma chambre et ce jusqu'au soir le départ de mon train.
Possibilité de revenir dans la journée afin d'utiliser la salle de repos (avec télé) après avoir rendu la chambre.

Cons:

Rien à voir avec le fonctionnement habituel de l'hôtel. Des ennuis personnels dus à du piratage, du harcèlement m'ont suivis jusque dans l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait proposer un fruit et/ou un yaourth.
Bruyant sur le palier tôt le matin (bruit de portes ?)

Pros:

Piccolo Hotel molto piacevole, ordinato e molto curato. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Staff di una gentilezza e disponibilità veramente rara in una città grande come Parigi. Posizione ottima, vicino a tutto a piedi o con la metro(ingresso metro a cinquanta metri dall'hotel ).. Meno di mezz'ora a piedi per arrivare al centro di Montmartre con una passeggiata tra vie e quartieri meno turistici e molto interessanti.
Ho riposato benissimo nella camera silenziosa, essenziale e con il letto e il bagno molto comodi.
Lo raccomando per una vacanza culturale e consapevole a Parigi, che non sia quella del turismo di massa.

Definitely worth it!!!
Pros:

The hotel has a good location. We could easily walk to and find restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

It's also easy to walk to the Louvre and other nice areas.

There were three of us girls and we didn't find dangerous or anything. There's also a metro station near the hotel.

The room was fully equipped and an ironing board was available when we requested it. Also the room was cleaned and towels changed every day.

The staff were nice and friendly with us. It's well worth it if you plan to stay for a longer period!

Cons:

I think the shower area wasn't very clean. There was limescale everywhere on the walls and the shower faucet was sticky. But nothing serious, it just needed to be cleaned more often.

Very spacious and not that old for European standards

Cons:

The second bed was a couch bed, when according to the pictures it seemed there were going to be two actual beds
