Perfect location, professional staff and excellent service.
Pros:

Excellent location, one of the best in Tirana. Everything is close and easily accessible, while the area around the hotel is pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very professional, correct and respectful throughout our stay. Everything was handled properly and on time. A very well-managed hotel and a great experience overall.

Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations.

Ingresso e stanze belle ma sentono il peso degli anni, fose sono da rivedere, personale cordiale e prifessionale

Cons:

Area piscina interna quasi abbandonata, vasca sporca. Piscina esterna bella ma nessun cameriere, poco curata anche la piscina esterna, non degna di un hotel 5 stelle. Inoltre nel bagno della stanza sarebbe ora di rimuovere quella inutile e pericolosa vasca da bagno e installare una doccia. Cassaforte in stanza non funzionante.

As I say, we have stayed here before and returned. The location and the staff are the main reasons.
Pros:

We have stayed here before and knew what to expect. The chap on reception is excellent, friendly and informative - a pleasure to speak to. The location is excellent for walks into town and into the adjoining wooded park and lake. Our Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable.. Breakfast and dinner were fine and good value.

Cons:

The building remains in part a building site as it was last year, That does not impact the residents unless activities are particularly loud but it does spoil the view from rooms on the town side. We were told the hotel will be rebranded as a Hyatt hotel at some point in the future. A handrail on the steps up to the bar/restaurant would be good.

It was not a good hotel for the ratings and price.
Pros:

The location to the lake is nice.

Cons:

The construction was awful and there was no notice of it when booking. It was loud and there was also a lack of maintenance of broken window in the front and other areas of the hotel.

The furniture is very old, there is a lot of dust, the air conditioner is weak, and there is maintenance work right in front of the windows.
