The hotel surpassed all my expectations 😉
The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from check-in until I went to the room, BIG thanksto JANA 🌹 (Unfortunately, I couldn't find the same services at any of the big-name of BRAND hotels in the same area with club access room type 😩) THE SUITE was immaculately clean & decor was charming comfortable, and offered a stunning view NO i can say an AMAZING VIEW with BURJ KHALIFA directly view 😀
Couldn't have chosen a better place for a city break !

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was lovely, the view was amazing, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. Special thanks to Ornellia for the warm welcome and professional service.

The location is also excellent—very close to Downtown and Business Bay, with easy access to the metro.

This is the best hotel ever in my life, the views at higher floors are that good, that you do not even care about anything else :)

The stay was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful. Not everything went fine, but everything was solved in a timely and satisfying way. It was during acts of war in the Middle East with Iran, so this was extra stressful for the staff to keep everyone calm and support guests where needed. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Food, pool, gym, all on standard. I would definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

My stay at the Rose Rotana Hotel was very enjoyable. The location was excellent (close to the metro station). The rooms were equipped with everything you need. They were cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly, smiling, and eager to help. The breakfasts were varied and delicious.

My experience at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana was far below expectations.

At check-in, I had to wait more than one hour and only received my room after 15:00, despite arriving on time. The situation was poorly managed, and what made it worse was the unprofessional and unfriendly attitude of the female staff member at the reception. There was a clear lack of courtesy and proper customer service.

The problems continued in the room:
• The elevators were not functioning properly.
• The refrigerator was not cooling at all.
• The air conditioning system was malfunctioning and did not work effectively.

For a hotel of this level, these issues are unacceptable. Basic comfort and service standards were not met.

I expect an official response from hotel management regarding these matters. Please provide a written reply to:

Raghubir is amazing person. iam very happy with his servce. all the best. he is giving all of himself to make the guests happy. everyday new towels new bottle of water

Hotel is great, service in room is great especially Raghubir who cleans your room, stocks you with water and brings you everything you need, he is stocking our room with water every day, changes your sheets and brings you fresh and clean towels:)

Good stay. Problem With the elevator was al little negative point. Food was good en employees are very frendly.

We recently stayed at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana as two couples and overall had a mixed experience.

On a positive note, the location is excellent. The hotel is very well situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, with easy access to The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, making it a great base for exploring the city. The rooms were tidy and well maintained, and we found the staff to be polite and courteous throughout our stay.

However, there are several issues that future guests should be aware of. The hotel is 65 floors high, and unfortunately the lifts are agonisingly slow. At peak times, simply getting to and from your room can take a considerable amount of time, which quickly becomes frustrating.

The restaurant facilities are not sufficient for a hotel of this size. The dining areas are too small to comfortably accommodate the volume of guests, and there does not appear to be enough staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. As a result, meals often felt crowded and disorganised.

The pool area is also far too small for the number of residents. Securing a sunbed can be difficult, and if you leave your sunbed to go for lunch (especially as the food served around the pool is of a very poor standard), it will be taken almost immediately once your towel is removed. This makes it very hard to relax and enjoy a full day by the pool.

The “all inclusive” alcohol offering is also limited, running only from 12pm–5pm, which may not meet expectations for those specifically booking an all-inclusive stay.

In summary, this hotel is far too large for the facilities it provides. It works well as a clean, well-located base for guests who plan to be out exploring Dubai most of the time. However, for anyone looking for a relaxing, pool-focused, all-inclusive holiday experience, this hotel would not be the right choice.

Old hotel, not the best service, elevator situation is terrible. Some don’t work, the others take very long. The dinner situation is really bad. Very often we didn’t even get enough to eat because it was to busy and the food were always empty and it took to long to bring something new. The pool is terrible. To small for so many people, to full, a big construction site next to the pool side…

The Rose Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel in Dubai is a 4-star property, and it definitely deserves it. Located in the heart of Dubai's financial district on Sheikh Zayed Road, the hotel is ideally located next to the Financial Centre metro station and a short walk (10-15 minutes) from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. It is well-connected to other districts of Dubai, which increases its appeal for guests looking to explore the city. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers professional service.

Room cleaning was good lovely staff. No where near enough chairs at the pool. Elevators take over 30 minuites to take us donwstairs for foood. All inclusive is unheard of here you won’t get all, many times we were waiting for simple water at the Al carte never even got cups, waited 50 mins for our food and only got our drinks 10 minutes after and had to remind them 4 times. At the buffet there were no plates many of the time and drinks too really long to come also at some dinners there was no food when we had got there 2 hours before closing.

The room is quite old, but the view from the window is nice. However, you have to wait a very long time for the elevator. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Awful experience. We woke up in a smell of paint and almost got us intoxicated. Do not pick this hotel. RUN

Wonderful vacation!
The hotel is located among skyscrapers. We stayed on a higher floor with a nice view.
Kind, helpful, responsive staff at all centers.
Fragrant, good food. Constant service.
Thank you for the good wine. Super cafe frappe in the cafe.
My son had a birthday. Thank you for the nice surprises from the pastry chef, the maid and the lady at the pool.

We stayed here on our way home to the UK after spending time in Singapore.
Excellent check in experience with very friendly staff.
Lovely room on the 42nd floor where we recieved a cake and card for our anniversary, which was greatly appreciated.
Very clean room, serviced by Nicholas who always had a smile on his face.
Only downside of the room was we would have preferred a walk in shower.
Lovely views over the city.
.Every member of staff we came across was so friendly. Lovely selection of food at breakfast. Lovely pool area on the 4th floor with the added bonus of free ice cream at lunchtime.
As others have said, the lift situation can be challenging, but with a little patience they were fine.

Two issues:
1/ Hotel lifts system is a nightmare;
2/ Rooms needs to be renovated.
Until then, better to abstain from booking in Rose Rayhan by Ratana

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Maria and Arjun at the reception. They were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed.
The only downside was the elevators, which were not enough for the number of guests, so there was often a long wait.
Overall, a very pleasant experience thanks to the staff and position very close to metro and financial centre.
