Stayed at Rose Rayhaan By Rotana on 26/12 and 27/12 and again on 31/12. There are so many positives about this hotel, location, staff, cleanliness, large rooms etc but there are two things to take into consideration when booking, shower over very high bath and time taken waiting for lifts.
Our room was great in that the two beds were doubles so we had plenty of room. There is a decent size fridge and microwave and the room was spotless. We had a great view of the Burj Khalifa on NY’s Eve and therefore saw the fireworks which was terrific. Every member of staff we met was a great ambassador for the hotel. They all went out of their way to assist us. The downsides for me were the shower over a very high bath that I had to step into, which was very difficult, and the lifts took forever to come and sometimes they were already full so we couldn’t get in. I would only stay there again if I could get a room with a walk in shower and there was an improvement in lift access.
Good service overall. The room was very clean, which made our stay very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything was well maintained throughout our visit. The staff was polite, helpful, and always available when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel environment felt calm and welcoming, which is important after a long day. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby services. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for cleanliness, comfort, and good service.

Room was acceptable
I was very dissatisfied with the overall behavior of the hotel staff. The reservation/front desk staff were particularly unfriendly during check-in and in other interactions. Unfortunately, we felt that because we are Iranian, we were not treated in the same way as other guests, and this made our stay uncomfortable and disappointing.
We experienced a two-hour delay at check-in. When we raised our concern, two male staff members responded in a mocking and dismissive manner. Eventually, they said, “What do you want us to do for you?” and offered lunch as compensation in a disrespectful way. Their attitude was extremely upsetting and offensive.
Additionally, the elevators were not sufficient for the number of guests. As it was a peak season, the hotel facilities clearly did not have the capacity to accommodate so many guests. Moreover, our room was never serviced or cleaned during our stay, which was very disappointing and unacceptable.
It was a nice hotel, with nice people, especially amed and jahed from the restaurant. Very good location.
The food was oke, quality was good but not enough variation. And espicially on the christmasnight dinner there was litteraly nothing christmas about it, while at lunch i saw that for some other people in a video placed by the hotel on istangram they made christmas cakes and even a choir (probably a video for the influencers to promote the hotel) but didn't tell us anything about it.
Everthing was working, couldn't find anything what was broke,so maintinace was very goog.Also was eveything very clean, the pool, restaurant, rooms....but except..the windows..
When we arrived the person at the lobby asked us for an upgrade...same room only higher for an expetucalair view..so we paid lot of money for it.After we paid the person suddenly said, yeah the windows are dirty at the moment because of the weather becauce it rained...maybe he should said it before we paid the money to give us a choice...but then he PROMISED that in two days the windows would be cleaned.
We were there 8 days so oke 2 days no clear view, i can live with that....but then after 7 days still dirty windows..and REALLY dirty..the 8th day when we had to leave was the first day with clear morning view because the day before in the afternoon they whashed the windows.
At check out they asked did you enjoy your stay..so we told yeah it was really great but we are really dissapointent in how we are tricked with an upgrade and the promises that our windows would be cleaned after 2 days and it only happent on the 7th day so we only had 1 morning in the eight day which we had to check out so it was a waste of money where we spend a lot of money extra because the room was no different, it was only a higher level for better view.
The reaction from the reception sorry we can do nothing for you. Then i replied, but the guy at the checkin promised we would have our windows washed at the second day.
Reaction from the reception; we can give you some orange juice to go..it was like 10,30 o clock, we just had breakfast and who gives as an offer orange juice!!!

And probably i now get a reaction on this review like we are sorry for that and bla bla bla.
No they should have done something at the reception like some kind of refund for what we paid but didn't get. Now we have a very bad memory of the hotel what could have been corrected by the reception but if you are not an influencer ore something they don't care about you.
First photo is the view for 7 days, second one for only one morning. We paid a lot of money for this promised upgrade that we could see for 1 hour...really bizar.
Would have been 5 stars..now 2 for how the reception treated us with our complaint.
I stayed at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana for 30 days and had a truly wonderful experience throughout my stay. The service was consistently excellent and highly professional.
Special thanks to Maidul from the 9th floor room service for his outstanding support and great attention to detail. The team at the 3rd-floor restaurant was superb. Hazel, Mohammed, Jeevan, Shalata, Jamuna, Aijaz, Hussain, and Rahman all provided exceptional service and made every visit pleasant and memorable. I also sincerely appreciate the warm and helpful assistance from Faith on the 1st floor restaurant who always made interactions welcoming.
The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from Financial Centre Metro Station, with Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station only one stop away.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay with amazing staff who truly make you feel welcome.

The hotel itself and the staff were very welcome and helpful. Very clean hotel. However, we went half board and the selection of dinner/deserts was extremely poor and REPETITIVE- it was the same food every night for 7 days. Lack of international food and basically curry every single night. Half board had different food options compared to all inclusive and it seemed that the all inclusive dinner had way more variety. Was really unhappy about our experience with the food, it was fruit for us every night!
All the staff members were extremely friendly, very helpful and attentive. From our arrival until our departure we did not have a single negative experience and were especially impressed by the hotel staff. The following team members stood out and stayed in our memories: Victoria from Reception and Front Office, Diana and Junaid from Housekeeping, and Eumot from technical service. But everyone else whose names I do not remember was also exceptionally friendly and made us feel comfortable and special. From the valet to the concierge to the technical service, every interaction was wonderful. The contact before our arrival was also excellent. We received quick and helpful replies to all our questions, which made everything very easy. We are a family with two small children aged 5 and 3, and we had a very pleasant stay. The location is great and definitely recommended. A late checkout was arranged for us without any discussion, which we really appreciated. The room equipment is a bit older but still well maintained, and we had plenty of space. The only downside was the long elevator waiting times during peak hours, especially at breakfast. Another highlight was the free parking and valet service. There is a parking garage behind the building that you can access with your room key, or you can simply hand your car to the valet in front of the hotel. Breakfast had a large selection as well. The only thing that could be improved is the coffee and tea service. It might be better as a self service option so guests do not have to wait as long.

I stayed in Rose Rayhaan by Rotana for 9 nights in November 2025, in a King/Spacious room on Floor 19 with access to the Club Rotana lounge.
The positives of this hotel is the location and cost for the location is good. I was visiting for work in DIFC and it is less than 5-minute walk to Gate Avenue and the metro is nearby.
The room that I stayed in, whilst dated, is very comfortable, clean and in good condition. My housekeeper Judy was excellent and kept my room spotless every day. Thank you!
Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives of this hotel. Access to the lifts in this hotel are terrible. On a regular basis I waited 10 minutes for the lifts. I had to build in extra time leaving in the morning to wait for the lifts. After complaining (and repeatedly asking how many lifts were operating) I was told that only 3 of the lifts out of 5 were working for a 72-storey property. Purely for this reason I would not stay at this hotel again, it was unacceptable.
Secondly, I was informed that the Club Rotana lounge had a dress code policy where shorts were not allowed which was my mistake. I was refused entry by two staff members and service until I went back to change. Rules are rules, and I complied. When I returned in trousers I was disappointed to see another guest wearing a dress that barely covered her bottom and her underwear showing through her dress. I made a complaint to the hotel about the inconsistency of application of dress code by the staff in the lounge. One staff member was very apologetic afterwards and explained further to me. The other (Goda) did not apologise and I felt was rude to me for the rest of my stay. It’s a shame because the lounge and the food is very nice, but I didn’t feel welcome there after my experience with Goda.
This was my first stay in this hotel and will probably be my last. I’ve stayed in Swissotel Al Marooj before which is a similar standard and I thinkis better. If you can get a good price to stay here it might be worth it, but there are issues that I would not want to experience again.
We stayed in the hotel from November 8 to November 13, 2025. The room was on the 44th floor (room number 10). Everything was perfect, from the hygiene in the hotel to the attitude of the staff towards the guests. Although it is a hotel with a large number of guests, the hotel offers peace and quiet. The elevators were fast. Breakfast is varied. The location of the hotel is exceptional, with small markets and a supermarket nearby, the metro, and various coffee bars. All recommendations. We enjoyed our stay.
Great Hotel but .....
This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel recently and it is very good. The rooms are spacious, room amenities great, housekeeping is excellent, the food served in the club rotana lounge is fantastic. All the staff have been courteous, polite and friendly. The location is brilliant with the metro a short walk away and taxis cheap and plentiful.
The only downsides at this hotel are the wait for the lifts, particularly if you are on a higher floor. We were on floor 48. Sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes for the lift to arrive and the pool area. The loungers have seen better days and the leg snapped on one while my husband was lying on it. Lots of people were using 2 or more beds each depending on when they wanted sun or shade. There was often people waiting for loungers to become available and staff didn't help move used towels to free up the loungers. This was highly disappointing as we were here to relax.
Would seriously have to think twice before coming back again as there are plenty of other decent hotels in the same area
