Pros:

Only 1 plug outlet worked, the water in the bathroom did not work at all, after calling the staff & them examining the room they were then able to get me a room with working water. However, in the new room the microwave did not work. Very disappointed

Traumatizing for my 5 grandchildren.
Pros:

Guest smoking weed and drunk at the pool. Pool was gross. Sheet not clean. Had black hair all over them. Burn holes in sheets n cover. Multiple broken worn areas. I booked bc it had the Wynham name on it. I will reevaluate anything with Wynham on it going forward.

Cons:

Office gentleman was very polite. Everything else was frankly disgusting.

We observed the room for 10 minutes and decided it wasn't worth it.
Pros:

There was going to be free breakfast, the price was not terrible when booking. The lady working the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Cons:

When we (family of 3) got into our room, opened the door, there was a moth and another bug that flew around the room. That should have been a sign. There were spots on the wall behind our door, arund the bed, and in the bathroom beside the toilet that appeared to be of the mold variety, there were chunky spots in the carpet between the beds that appeared to be... well... when thought of as vomit, it was hard to unthink that.... after looking around the room, the thought of crawling into one of the beds was terrifying. We got out, requested our money back, and went to the Sure Stay down the road.

Friendly staff but room was is bad shape, needs floor to ceiling cleaning

Arrived after 9 pm and staff was friendly

Cons:

The room we had was not clean. We were in a non smoking room bottom level. There was black all over the walls, something splattered on the backside of the main door, mold on the bathroom door, mold on the ceiling, no coffee maker, door was hard to close and lock. Could definitely tell there was water damage based on the shape of the furniture and the patched up walls and floors.

Everything. No breakfast, no pool, no gym, dirty floors and tub, no cups, no shampoo, windows taped up with plastic, cigarette burns all over the bed covers!!! A total nightmare!!

Terrible and i wish i would have stayed somewhere else and the cost does not match quality

The sheets where rough and itchy. The bedding cover had a nasty white substance in it. The air conditioning was not working properly so the room was hot,had coffee stuff but no coffee maker, and room was nasty looking as well as the bathroom and was not worth the value
