Great location, free bus to Disney, great place to stay . Highly recommend to families visiting Paris !

I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland Paris as it's close and the shuttle service is excellent, although it does get busy after the main show in the evening has finished. But the service does continue later into the evening. The hotel is also ideally situated for the railway station into Paris and that's very convenient and takes about 30-40 minutes. The hotel itself is a lovely modern hotel, clean and tidy with good rooms and very polite staff.

Fabulous hotel. Cannot fault it from the super comfortable beds, very helpful staff, great breakfast and amazing evening meal.

Free shuttle bus to Disney and right next door to the shopping mall.

Honestly can’t fault it. Loved the WhatsApp feature where you can speak to the team when needed. We didn’t have coffee in our room replenished on one day but one simple WhatsApp and they sent some up.

This hotel really is amazing for so many different reasons, we stayed here for a one day Disneyland trip on Valentine’s Day and it truly was special.

The hotel is a short 1-2 minute walk to the mall, which has lots of different shops and a small arcade is there too! Also a short distance to the outlet if you wanted to do shopping.

We ventured out and got the train also which was also a 5 minute walk so the location is really amazing!

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the parks and they run every half an hour, (minus middle of the day, I believe it was between 11.30&5pm), this shuttle is so convenient as it’s a short 6-10 minute trip and stops right at the Disney gates.

The restaurants were very nice and hotel was clean and bright, even though it was busy everything ran smoothly from check in to check out.

Rooms were very spacious, we had a double room, and bathroom was very modern with hairdryer etc. Amenities are kept by reception but available on request.

Charging points were great as there was a USB-C connection on the wall, around 4, so if you forget your plug adapter you’ll be fine.

There isn’t room service so that is something to consider if you wanted a late night snack as there isn’t any shops open at 1am-ish. But it was still pleasant as there is free water on all floors.

A coffee machines were in the room also.

I will be staying here again when we return to Disneyland. It made everything so seamless and easy.

I have visited all of the Disney hotels and now most off the off site partner hotels. This hotel is lovely and staff really were very pleasant. Everything was clean and modern too.
It was easy to find and parking very secure and included in the price.
I only don’t rate it a 5 because of the lack of facilities available, eg a pool.
This wouldn’t stop me returning though and I haven’t yet decided on where I will be staying for my autumn trip this year, so it could well be this lovely hotel.

It was wonderful and we are very grateful for the great time. We would come back anytime and will recommend it to others.

Friendly personal, good accommodations and great breakfast…all you need before you go to a busy day at Disneyland :)!

We booked this hotel for our trip to Disney. The close proximity to the mall (right across the road) was a big selling point for us as we were travelling with our 15 month old and needed to buy milk and snacks for our trip. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. bright and fresh. the beds were comfy and we were surprised to have a proper cot in the room instead of a travel pack and play that most hotels offer. Rooms are very quiet and come with a fridge. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. The free shuttle to Disney was very convenient and we were surprised how quiet it was (we used it at 10am and 20.15). We would stay here again any time we visit Disney.

We stayed at Hotel l’Elysée Val d’Europe from January 23 to January 26 for a 3-night reservation booked through Booking.com. Since it was a short family trip, we spent our days outside sightseeing. On January 25, we left the hotel around 10:00 AM and returned around 7:30 PM to find that our room had not been cleaned at all. Towels from the previous day were still there, the beds were untouched, and the overall condition was unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.

Out of courtesy, I went down to reception to speak with the night manager. A receptionist named Magali told me she would assist. The conversation was calm at first. However, when I explained that our room had not been cleaned and that both of our rooms were left without clean towels, she claimed that we had not requested housekeeping. This was shocking. I explained that guests should not be required to request daily cleaning in a hotel. At that point her attitude changed completely — she raised her voice in front of other guests and said: “You can complain wherever you want.”

This behavior ruined the peaceful atmosphere of our trip. My wife and children were deeply affected by the tension. Experiencing such disrespect during a family vacation was extremely disappointing.

A second issue concerns the restaurant. We were given a 10–20% discount voucher. We dined at the restaurant, paid the bill, and left a tip. When we later mentioned the voucher, we were told it could only be used the following evening. This implied that we were expected to eat at the hotel restaurant every night, which felt unreasonable and customer-unfriendly.

In summary, due to the housekeeping failure, the rude staff behavior, and the restaurant experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Paris. The photos clearly show the condition of the room.

We have just returned from a stay here & what a really lovely hotel.
The staff are one of the best & freindly hotel staff i think we have ever had so polite & helpful in every area.
Lovely breakfast in a lovely restaurant, continental breakfast but everything you need & fresh.
There is lovely small bar onsite to relax & have a drink after a busy day.
The location of this hotel is superb right across the road from the Val de Europe train station for easy access to Paris.
There is a massive shopping centre again right across the road with lots of shops also at the back of the shopping centre is an shopping Outlet with all the usual exclusive high end shops.
There is a shuttle service again right outside the hotel door for Disneyland Paris 10 mins away but always check the time table.
The one minor thing was we got up early to go to Disneyland for the early opening & we checked the time table to make sure we would be there early unfortunately the bus was 30mins late so we missed out on the early opening access obviously this is not the hotels fault.
Overall if you are looking for a really nice hotel I would not hesitate recommending Hotel Elysees to anyone & 100% stay here again if we visit in the future.

When we decided to make a flying visit to Disneyland Paris, choice of accommodation was key. We didn't want to stay in the Park and we didn't want to stay too far away. After much research we landed on the Hotel l'Elysee Val d'Europe as our choice.

The hotel is perfectly located within ten-minutes of the park either via the complimentary bus shuttle that runs throughout the day, or via the RER which is just across the boulevard and only one stop away.

We booked a Classic Quadruple and given we were only at the hotel for two-nights it was ideal. Admittedly it was a little cosy for four but very survivable - even with the one bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms quiet.

The hotel is located near many restaurants and bakeries, and its directly across from a shopping mall which features major brand shopping, a very handy hypermarket, and even a McDonald's if you want a fast food fix.

Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.

The only slight negative would be the breakfast buffet which was a little underwhelming. It proved cheaper, and tastier to head to a nearby patisserie for a delicious fresh baked breakfast.

Despite this one very small downside we still rate the hotel highly and have no hesitation in recommending.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at L’Elysée Val d’Europe and genuinely wish we had stayed here for all three nights instead of splitting our stay with a Disney resort.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making us feel relaxed and well looked after straight away. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere that was a pleasure to return to after busy days at the parks.

Our room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, with excellent beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. Everything felt well thought out and of a high standard.

The location is absolutely perfect. Being so close to Val d’Europe shopping centre and just minutes from Disney, with excellent transport links, made getting around incredibly easy. Compared to staying at the Disney resort, this hotel felt far more convenient and relaxing.

Overall, L’Elysée Val d’Europe exceeded our expectations in every way. If we return to the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — our only regret is not booking it for the full three nights. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great rooms and easy to navigate to from central Paris . Staff are great and provide excellent support and guidance to make sure you have everything you need and get to places on time .

The hotel is very well located, with a shopping mall closer and with a lot of bog stores and brands. The shuttle to Disney is easy. I recommend to a family, the bedroom it is not so big, but support a family of 4.

The hotel and facilities both in the hotel and the surrounding area were perfect for our needs, even for the things we didnt know we needed. The hotel was beautiful and we were most comfortable in our room. We ate in the restaurant which was beautiful and worth the money. All staff were friendly regardless of their position.
We will definitely stay here again and have recommended it already to friends and family regardless if they are doing disney or just a visit to Paris.

We were a party of 14 guests. Our rooms, the staff, the communicate regarding our Disneyland tickets, all were exceptional. We loved iyr stay!
