The day staff was nice. The evening girl wasn't helpful when we told her about the broken desk chair and dryer

Surprisingly a great place to lay your head!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and checked us in immediately!! The location is right behind a truck stop which had a McDonald's!! Needless to say, since we checked in very late we were hungry and this was very convenient!!

Cons:

Parking is the only issue that we had. The hotel was probably at 100% occupied.

I booked a pre-paid stay via Booking.com. Upon arrival, the facility was in poor condition—the lobby AC was broken and restrooms were locked. When I questioned an early check-in fee and mentioned I was thinking of leaving a bad review, the front desk agent and another employee threatened to cancel my reservation and call the police to remove me. The General Manager sat with his door open and allowed his staff to weaponize law enforcement against a paying guest. Worse yet, staff explicitly placed a "gag order" on my stay, telling me I could only access my pre-paid room if I promised not to leave a review. I have audio recording evidence proving this attempted extortion, which directly violates the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA). Best Western Corporate Executive Care (CEO Help Desk) acknowledged my complaint on July 1, 2026, and confirmed this behavior violated brand standards, but failed to issue a resolution. Travelers should stay far away from this hostile property.

Cons:

Checking in after 10 pm was a nightmare. They had this machine supposedly virtual check in that didn’t work. The lady in the machine was even trying to get my husband to pick the machine up. WTH?!!

The bed was uncomfortable water logged carpet. 1st shift people were rude. No water, no soda to purchase.

Hotel comodo vicino all'autostrada. Stanza pulita

Cons:

La stanza era un pò troppo piccola e con le valigie non ci si muoveva bene. Mobilia vecchia, da ristrutturare. L'hotel era un pò distante dalla città, a metà strada tra flagstaff e williams, adiacente all'autostrada.

The place was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The real clincher. The TV only got 4 chan5nels because the satellite was messed up. The clerk said it was because it was windy. It wasn't windy in the morning still nothing. I was tired from driving or I would have gotten a refund and went somewhere else. Having a good TV is a major deal breaker for me. Two thumbs down for me. Sorry

Good location, pretty area.

Cons:

Housekeeping failed to clean our room as requested, room left with no clean towels, full trash cans, unmade bed. Front office staff offered room change but no compensation.
Also floor of tub shower was dangerously slippery, with no rubber mat and no grab bars.

Aardig hotel, makkelijk bereikbaar
Pros:

Goede ligging, naast de snelweg. Grand Canyon en Flagstaff zijn prima bereikbaar. Inchecken via machine (met een persoon op afstand die dit begeleidde) ging eenvoudig.

Cons:

Ontbijt was vrij simpel (dus niet uitgebreid). 4 persoonskamer nogal krap voor 4 personen met koffer.
