NEVER EVER BOOK AT A BEST WESTERN! I have never experience this in my life. Traveled 3 hrs from phoenix and arrived at 2:45 Am in 18 degree weather to arrive and be told that they can’t give us a room because they don’t have any hot water. Said they had cancelled all reservations and tried to call and email customers but we never got a call or an email! Otherwise we would have stayed in phoenix. They didn’t even have a live person and had someone from India on a screen. We told them we didn’t care about the hot water and we just wanted to sleep but the man on the screen rudely told us to leave the property! Worse experience ever after traveling a long way. We eventually found a Hilton double tree but it was so frustrating! Lack of staff and preparation was outstandingly disappointing.

We drove to the hotel arrived at 9:00, greeted by a kiosk not an actual person to find out that they canceled all reservations due to no hot water! Never received a notification of any sort. And then had to quickly find another hotel option that would accept pets. Very frustrating!

No ice on property, no attendant at night. We checked in around 4 and there was nobody around.
Pros:

I would never stay here again. Checked in through an online person at the front desk on a kiosk. Was very hard to understand and seemed to care less about making our check in pleasant. Instead he tried to tell us that we were not Platinum members and refused us water.
