AMAZING
Pros:

Shadow mountain is great .Very helpful staff . Nice courteous patient staff. My room was amazing nice spacious clean very clean rooms.its located right in the middle of williams and flagstaff . Perfect for highway driving and needing to rest. I will always stay here.every thing keeps me coming back. The staff is so laid back and very friendly. I would describe the vibe saying its very comfortable. Safe. I unwinded all over that hotel.

Pros:

Not worthy of the Best Western brand. Everything was done on the cheap. There were a few days there was no on site staff

Nice enought but lacking essentials like a working phone, a coffee pot, a shelf in the shower and a closet. The bed and shower were great other than on shelf.

Pros:

location and staff were good.

Cons:

Room door was hard to close and latch, sink faucet was falling off, shower controls backwards, shower door installed backwards leaks. Poor quality build.

Used to be good, hopefully it can be again.
Pros:

Used to be great. We have been staying at this same hotel for the last few years every time we drove through. We stayed in March and I will not be back. A kiosk is there to check you in. While that process is relatively easy, there is no employee on site until the morning. Also as we checked in we noticed that they laid out some extra towels and soap on a table so if you need anything better grab it before they are all gone. A major disappointment from a place that use to be a great place to stop.
