Room was clean but needed small repairs and general maintenance upkeep. All Restaurants are currently closed.
Carpet was filthy. Wallpaper was peaking.
Friendly staff, nice clean room and comfy bed. Both the sink and toilet was clogged and it was INCREDIBLY loud while trying to sleep. If there was more insulation and better pillows I would have felt better. Hearing the noise in the hall very late into the night and early morning kept me up which was so frustrating. We only stayed the night so the clogged drains were workable. If we stayed longer it would've been a problem for sure!

Property is old, not well kept, smell in hallways and rooms.
The building itself and the lobby are inviting. The restaurant has friendly helpful staff and the food is also good. The front desk is also helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tge noise in the hotel was minimal.

Not clean, room had mold on ceiling, smelled like mildew, a/c wasn’t cold, no coffee, no food service. Will never stay here again
Old and gross. Very decrepit with wallpaper peeling off, stains on chairs, and just overall dirty.
The woman at the front desk could really use some Customer Service training. We also got terrible sleep because the parking lot lights were extremely bright and shone right into our window. The curtains were screwed in at the top and could not be closed.
Close to Immaculata University for graduation weekend. Room was spacious and everything was in working order.
Hotel definitely needs room renovations.
Didn't have extra towels on a Saturday checking. We had three people in a room and only gave us two towels sets. Evening desk said housekeepers went home and to come back in the morning. Went back in the morning and no towels.
We were staying for The immaculate university accepted student seminar.

Everything was very nice, except the refrigerator had dead ants in it. They need to ioen it and clean it or wipe it clean between guests.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself has all the facilities - gym, parking, WiFi, breakfast, bar, etc., but the building needs a big update…..actually surprised it still wears a Sheraton badge.
Very disappointing experience!! This was Valentine's Day, which clearly means i wanted a romantic night. Upon check-in, I was never advised the jacuzzi was not working by the staff. We changed our clothes, went to the jacuzzi area and to our surpise the water was freezing cold. I notified the front desk and instead of them stating the problem, they had me return to the area and wait on maintenance. Once maintenance arrived he stated the jacuuzi had not been working for some time. Wow! I then tried to use the jetted tub in my room to get some relaxation but that wasn't even working properly. The jets felt like they were working at minimal power. The restaurant failed me too. Long wait just to have my order wrong. They no longer provide water bottles in the room. I feel like this was by far my worst experience at this location. Very surprising and frustrating
