Jorge was a very helpful and nice server by the pool and at the restaurant.

Very nice and friendly place to stay. Very attenuative to your needs around the pool and in the room. The multiple retreatants yo can eat at where great and a little different variety at each one.

Around the pool, we had Jorge. He was a great help. I asked him to move the umbrella so I could be in shade, and my wife could be in the sun. The umbrella is in a 50 lb cement block. He did so with a "of course". He also took care of our drinks. Great day at the pool.

Lionel was absolutely amazing during our stay. He was so fun, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. He made everything feel easy and welcoming, especially with the valet parking. He was incredibly efficient, attentive, and always had a great attitude, which really set the tone for our trip. It’s people like Lionel who make a stay memorable. Thank you for such great service! That aside, the maid service was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never stayed anywhere that even washed the dishes for you. The level of care was absolutely incredible.

The room type I reserved through a booking site was not available so the staff tried to fake like I was getting the room I booked. Problem was the view was non existent and I went from a 1300 sf room to a 500 sf room. Buyer beware of the management at Marina Fiesta. I was a long term customer of this hotel but I can no longer recommend it.

Entire resort was amazing!! Staff very friendly! Bartender, Noel , lobby staff , Leonel, Leo were a few staff members that made our experience amazing! We will be coming back!

Overall a very nice property. The very best part is th magnificent view of the marina. Great pool with a bar. Jorge at the bar works tirelessly to keep drinks fresh with a smile. All the people at the resort are nice and helpful. Maid service was spot on. There are a couple of issues... there is a very bad smell that comes off the marina at low tide. Very unpleasant. And of course, you can't walk on the marina without being accosted by hawkers every 10 steps. It is also a party town so it stays noisy late into the night (but that's an old guy speaking).

Our experience staying at Marina Fiesta was absolutely amazing. The room spacious and very clean, quiet at night. The food between the two resorts was excellent. I’ve never stayed at an all inclusive where I enjoyed every meal.
Rowdy and Fernanda assisted us whenever needed and they were so helpful and friendly! Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay feel like home away from home!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost hospitality. I would like to give a special shoutout to the concierge desk, particularly Rowdy and Fernanda. You made our first visit to Cabo a memorable one! Thank you both so much!

Over-all it is a clean, quiet resort with excellent access to all the Marina bars and restaurants. Resort is a little older but in good repair.

PROS:
Unit was spacious and clean (smelled fresh, no mildew). Great location on the marina with easy walking to just about anything in Cabo, including groceries. Comfortable balcony had partial view of the Marina for some fun morning and evening people watching (partial view as a palm tree blocked the left side). The main pool area is nice with comfy chairs, but wait - want a little quieter ambiance, there is a 'back' pool with bar that we found was more relaxing. We toured the spa and it looked amazing (very clean), but we didn't end up using our passes. We felt secure and safe, with security guarding the access points 24-7.

CONS:
Our unit had a mini kitchen, but only 2 forks provided, no dish cloth or soap, and no spatula (we used the plastic serving spoon). The unit faced the Marina, so at night there was some party-noise that could be heard... and the back of the unit (front door) faced the air conditions and delivery driveway for the complex, with trucks easily heard at 6am and buzzing of air conditioners if your shower window was left open. Sadly when eating at the pool restaurant, there were too many flies (even with the little table fan they give you).

Overall, if you are looking to be close to everything in Cabo, we found the price excellent for the unit (we did not do the all inclusive). If we wanted downtown, we would stay here again.

Our 10th time staying at Marina Fiesta, we love the location!

We booked directly with the resort and reserved the NAUTICAL 1 BEDROOM SUITE 2nd year in a row; this year we had 405 with wrap around balcony we truly enjoyed our room!

Unfortunately, we were taken to a room that was NOT a NAUTICAL 1 BEDROOM SUITE – nothing was mentioned upon check in regarding any issues with our room, we arrived early and were told to come back to get our room upon doing so at 3pm again taking to a nautical room that was not a 1-bedroom suite. Immediately returned to the front desk where I had to share an email copy of my confirmed reservations sent 4-days before check and was told “reservations” screwed up, no 1-bedroom suites are available, can move you to a 2-bedroom suite with the 2nd pool view or wait until the next day when a 1 Bedroom suite opens up. We decided to wait until the next day when the room we reserved opened up and move there, we received a $70 credit for the room difference. Sadly, nearly a day/half of our vacation was disrupted due to this inconvenience and BIG oversight. The excuse shared wasn’t logical, as each day all reservations are printed and reconciled – We made our reservations in February directly with the resort and in addition received an email 10/20 confirming reservations 10/25-10/30 to then arrive and not be taken to our reserved room. Did they seriously think we would be okay with this? If anything, please learn from this and do better. If there is a GAP in communications between reservations and the front desk – resolve it and do better. Don’t treat your customers like this.

We really love this location, the staff, room marina views and that kept us coming back.

We just returned from an amazing stay at the Marina Fiesta Resport & Spa.. We had a great time. Tony and Aiayna (spelling?? ) at the side desk were awesome and so were the consierges - I wish I wrote down their names 😵‍💫. The bellmen Leonel, Francisco and Alfredo were very helpful running up ice to our room. Mariana in reservations made our booking so easy - thank you for our lovely room. We love how close the resort is to everything. I have stayed at this resport 7 times now and am looking forward to our next stay in 2026.

Problems with a/c, TV, coffee maker and a new safe had to be installed. That's a lot of maintenance problems and the room should be checked to make sure all is operational before a guest checks in. We were only there for 2 nights and had people coming and going to deal with the issues when we arrived exhausted. They were responsive however and we reported what happened to a manager, who was also responsive and offered a little credit towards the bill.

We stayed here for 9 nights including Halloween and Day of the Dead, so it was a fun time to be here. The rooms were good and well maintained by the staff and we had several restaurants to enjoy. Unfortunately, there was a daily issue of needing to claim a lounge chair early in order to secure a place around the pool. Special recognition to Lionel, Francisco and all the restaurant and bar staff who were exceptional.
