Pros:

the parking lot was nice

Cons:

the AC in my room hardly worked. I tossed and turned all night and didn't get a wink of sleep because i was hot

Safe and nice property
Pros:

Clean property and good breakfast - large bedroom with lots of space. I felt very safe at night - the parking a lot was very well lit and had motion sensor lights. Also - the facility was quiet no noise complaints. Very clean bath and the room service was excellent. We got into the hotel around 8 o’clock at night and there’s a hot pot place nearby called King Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot and it was excellent. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The hallways did smell a little odd at first when we got to the hotel but then went away.

Pros:

The staff was kind and professional! The breakfast was hot and tasty except for the gravy it was very runny.

Cons:

I upgraded to a suite starting with the couch it looked and felt like a couch from the 1950s with no back cushions. They were missing. The pillows on the bed are more like throw pillows and my sleeping pillows. I don't care for the pumps for your soap, shampoo and conditioner. I'd rather have a bar of soap.
The kitchen was just the kitchen! Not even a coffee cup but drinking glass paper towels spoon nothing.
To me it looked like they were trying to risk the construction and it wasn't put together well either.

Cons:

The smell of the cleaning supplies. The hotel was clean but I felt like I had the smell of the cleaning supplies on me everywhere I went . No real coffee maker .

The facility is nice but it needs to be maintained better.
Pros:

It was ok!

Cons:

We didn’t have any hot water! I went to the front desk and let them know and she told me that it was because of the time of day 7:00pm a lot of people were using the hot water. I told that they need to upgrade their water heaters to accommodate their customers! The A/C unit had issues with not being able to adjust the fan speed. We stayed in room 102.
