Comfortable & clean room.
Pros:

Good location. Room is clean & comfortable. Being able to adjust the temperature of the room. Not control by the facility like Hilton brands.

Cons:

Hallways carpet needs to be replaced. Water pressure for the shower - very low.

It was average at best for the price.
Pros:

The bed is was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room smelled musty. The fan was dirty. The elevator sounded terrible and the certificate was expired. Breakfast was cold and not appetizing.

Pros:

Breakfast was better than most complimentary hotel breakfasts

Cons:

The carpet was worn and dirty. The sheets were worn or poor quality. The room was worn and needs renovation. Upholstered furniture was dirty.
