Would like to be a repeat guest
Pros:

From start to finish, our stay was wonderful! Before we even arrived, Jody called and offered us a first-floor room, which was so thoughtful and accommodating.

Amber was more than gracious, Deisha, our breakfast hostess, was delightful, Charlie at the morning front desk was so friendly, and Kim in housekeeping was equally kind.

Every one of these ladies went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness, friendliness, and excellent customer service made our stay extra special. These ladies are true assets to this hotel! Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant experience. We will definitely remember the wonderful hospitality!

The staff was very polite and friendly. I believe her name was Amber, she was super nice. We had an issue but Amber was right on it, Thanks again! The housekeeper on duty on our floor that afternoon was very nice as well! Thank you'll for a pleasant stay.

Terrible and heartbroken by the way my husband had to endure his stay.
Pros:

I asked for a ground floor room due to my spouse having x2 recent back surgeries. Upon arrival Amber stated she could not accommodate as hotel was full even though their was only about 10 cars in parking lot. We had to stay in 3rd after she said she would cancel my reservation but I would still have to pay. Saturday elevator went out and was told we had to now use stairs and that it would not be fixed till Sunday maybe. So that meant now my husband has to walk up and down stairs with a recent back sx, only for his feet to hit one of the steps when going down them and it sent shock waves up his leg to his back that put him in excruciating discomfort. Was not giving an apology for all the inconvenience only just that I could co tact corporate by googling on the web for their phone number. This was the worst trip ever and if I could have canceled and went to another location without having to pay for two hotels I would have.
Worst experience I have ever had and it was giving with no compassion for others.

Quick and done
Pros:

The location by the Walmart is perfect. Nice staff. Every shift change was friendly Amber, the maids in the hallway when asking for a trash bag and Sheena or the am staff. All was just nice and very professional. That will keep me coming back. Oh the other BW had popcorn and cookies out for snack during the night and am stay for all guest but that was in bham.

Cons:

Need more variety for the breakfast food, like apple pasteries, donuts, beef sausages grapes, grape juice, pancakes are better than waffles but can have them both as a choice would be great. The elevator went out but we got stay points for that.
