Family stay
Pros:

Staff were kind and friendly, Room was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was okay. Room had coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge.
Swiming pool water was warm.
Plenty of outdoor parking were available.
The room we had was big 2 beds ans one sofa bed

Cons:

TV is not smart , no Netflix or Disney etc , couldn't even connect my mobile to it.
Swimming pool water is blurred not sure if it because the type of water or the cleanliness, when the light inside the pool turn to green it make it kind of wired. In General swimming pool can be upgraded.

Pas mal mais déçue de l’accueil.
Pros:

Je suis arrivée à 9:00 p.m. le 17 juin. Le réceptionniste de soir n’était pas sympathique et parlait peu le français. Quand je l’ai contacté plus tard vers 9:30 p.m il n’a jamais répondu au téléphone. Je voulais avoir le mot de passe pour le wifi.

De plus, l’hôtel devrait nous informer qu’il y à une charge de $50 crédité sur notre carte de crédit qu’on nous remet apparemment dans les 3 à 7 jours après notre séjour à l’hôtel.

Concernant la Navette que vous n’avez plus de et pour aller à l’aéroport, ça m’a coûté en tout $58 aller-retour en taxi (je n’ai pas Uber). Si vous ne remettez pas votre navette en service, je n’irai plus jamais à cet hôtel trop loin de l’aéroport.

Cons:

La navette qui ne fonctionne pas depuis très longtemps et un réceptionniste plus gentil qui parle mieux le français. Je suis au Québec et ça ne paraît pas.

Cons:

Grab bar in shower was not attached to the wall and came off in my hand when I took a shower.
Drain in sink was slow. We believe it was because the drain must have been gloged with hair and debris and it wasn't taken care of earlier before we came to the hotel.

Cons:

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nos chambres avaient déjà été données et les papiers de réservation avait été de signer par une autre personne que moi (les papiers était à mon nom)alors nous avons attendu un bon moment avant d' avoir nos chambres . Lorsque nous avons eue nos chambres elle était déjà occupées alors nous avons du redescendre pour qu' elle nous attribuer d'autres chambre vacantes, j'avais demandé des chambres adjacentes mais nous n'en avons pas eue .J'avais payé en totalité la réservation et j' ai du redonne un dépôt car il ne trouvais pas ma réservation ( booking.Com) cela a fini par s'arranger a 22h30 lorsque j' étais coucher car je devais me lever à 3h00 du matin pour mon vol et mon dépôt a été remboursé.
