Alla reception ragazze inesperte e poco professionali, barriere architettoniche abbiamo dovuto portare le valigie pesanti salendo le scale, macchinoso aprire chiave la porta della camera ci abbiamo messo un bel po' per capire come funzionava, dal soffitto della camera scendeva acqua. Insomma l'hotel non valeva assolutamente 4 stelle. Non lo consiglio è il peggiore degli hotel dove ho soggiornato in Galizia
