Great views and great staff are the only reason we did not cancel on entering our room. For the money it is not worth it

Location, staff was friendly, food was good

Cons:

Room was not clean and looked like a child put in the tile and fixtures. Toilet wasn’t stable even with 2 inches of caulking around it. The drywall was peeling in the bathroom. You could push the shower valve into the tile wall. There was hardly any water pressure or hot water. The drawers had dirt inside of them and could not be used to store clean clothes. And our ice bucket had an open bag of chips inside of it..

La piscina estaba muy sucia y en mi habitación me tocó del lado de un balcón que colindaba con un evento que tenían (boda) no se podía descansar hasta las 12 am, súmale a qué se cayó la persiana de esa puerta, quisimos llamar para que fueran a arreglar y el teléfono solo está de adorno, es el puro cascarón, no sirve, fueron "arreglaron" la persiana, a los 5 min se cayó de nuevo.
A y otra cosa estuvimos sin luz de 6 am a 9 am y el personal ni avisó, no se disculpó, nada.

buenas vistas al atardecer, falta de atencion en caso de emergencia (elevador deteriorado)
