Very comfortable.
Quiet, room was big
Pool had leaves, dirt and tiles off and on bottom. Chlorine level was low.
Breakfast was only till 9 a.m. on weekends.
Carpet was old and dirty.

Spa bath tub nozzles were filthy, gross, disgusting and the drain was clogged, bathroom sink drain was clogged

The tub looked scraped and dirty, toilet paper was more than half way used and not replaced.
The location to the ball fields
We have stayed here multiple times for a baseball tournament. This location could use some updates and a deep clean. Each year gets more disappointing. The breakfast was good though.
