Pros:

The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was very pleasant and the shower was the best pressure that I have ever had at a hotel. The bed was very comfortable.

Pros:

Nothing.. I booked a room online months ago with the option to pay at the property.. they canceled my reservation the day of and left me stranded to find another.. I live in DC and traveled to Charlotte, NC with my husband and children. Thank God we were able to find another hotel but it was 30 minutes away.

Pros:

The staff was pleasant and the facility inside was clean. Location to the train station was great for us.

Cons:

There was a unhoused man sleeping in the grass by one of the parking areas. The TV reception was pretty poor.

Great location for downtown events if you dont want to stay downtown
Pros:

It was super clean and comfortable (great pillows, AC, toiletries). The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The desk clerk recommended a great BBQ restaurant in walking distance and told us how to ride the LYNX train into downtown to get to the Bank of America stadium for our concert. The train station is a block from the hotel and saved us major time and money! There was a really nice continental breakfast included with our room - eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, assorted breads and pastries.

Cons:

I have zero suggestions for improvement. It is in a great location, clean, comfy, a good price, and well-staffed.

Everything about this hotel was very nice. The rooms was spacious and the bed was very comfortable . The hotel is in a perfect location and very close to downtown. There are many options for food. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Free breakfast (until 9am) was not available at 8:35am. Out of eggs, sausage, toast and regular coffee. Front Desk guy said it would be out in a couple minutes. Girl who worked breakfast was sleeping in a chair in the back. A guest started a cleaning cycle in the main coffee pot so that was unavailable too.The manager sat in the office the whole time.
