It was convenient to the highway and fast food close by
People were smoking marijuana outside upon my arrival. Also, my bed was not changed because I found an acrylic nail on it, which means to me, it was only made up, but the linen was not changed.
breakfast was not good. The hot stuff was very bad. It could have been better choices. No granola, no toast.
breakfast and I called about the drain in our tub the thing to holds it up so when taking a shower the water would drain did not work . The guy was very short with me and said he would send someone and no one ever came so the next day on check out I told the gentleman and he walked to my room with me and saw that we had to put a bar of soap to keep it up and apologized for it not being addressed upon the call.

the peep hole wasn’t working, the bed was uncomfortable. i could feel things crawling on me while i slept.

The staff was friendly as soon as we walked in the door. The room was clean and very nice. My husband had surgery scheduled at 4am at Carolinas Medical Center, and this was a perfect location and offered the comfort we needed before we had to be at the hospital.
The only complaint was that we didn't arrive till 8pm and had to leave at 4am to head for the hospital.
The breakfast was good and the room was clean.
Airport shuttle was also convinient
In room 232 the water wasn't draining properly in the bathroom.Also wish they offered room service to change towels or sheets if you are staying 2 or 3 nights.
