Tv didn’t work

the peep hole wasn’t working, the bed was uncomfortable. i could feel things crawling on me while i slept.

The staff was friendly as soon as we walked in the door. The room was clean and very nice. My husband had surgery scheduled at 4am at Carolinas Medical Center, and this was a perfect location and offered the comfort we needed before we had to be at the hospital.
The only complaint was that we didn't arrive till 8pm and had to leave at 4am to head for the hospital.
The breakfast was good and the room was clean.
Airport shuttle was also convinient
In room 232 the water wasn't draining properly in the bathroom.Also wish they offered room service to change towels or sheets if you are staying 2 or 3 nights.

Amazing quiet good breakfast fast food nearby if you really need it gas station across the street and good mex tex bar behind the building for a decent dinner with live music on certain days
My room had roaches and it was very uncomfortable
The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was very pleasant and the shower was the best pressure that I have ever had at a hotel. The bed was very comfortable.
There was nothing about a hotel that I have any complaints about
The staff was pleasant and the facility inside was clean. Location to the train station was great for us.
There was a unhoused man sleeping in the grass by one of the parking areas. The TV reception was pretty poor.
