Pros:

Hotel in una posizione davvero comoda per visitare la città: il centro è raggiungibile a piedi o con i mezzi (fermate dei bus di fronte all'albergo); si può parcheggiare l'auto nel garage sotterraneo e nei dintorni ci sono diversi locali per cenare. Inoltre, nello stesso edificio dell'albergo c'è un supermercato con panificio. La camera ha tutto quello che serve: armadio, scrivania, divanetto. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Antwort auf alle Fragen, Parkmöglichkeit (zahlungspflichtig, aber moderat für Stgt) über die Dauer des Aufenthaltes hinaus.

Cons:

In der Dusche sind die Scharniere der Glastüren einerseits staubig, andererseits mit vmtl. Schwarzschimmel verunreinigt. Unter dem Bett tummelten sich die Staubflicken.

Zur Übernachtung mit Frühstück ausreichend.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend für einen Kurzaufenthalt (4 Nächte). Da ich mein Zimmer allein genutzt habe, reichte auch der Stauraum für Garderobe, Stiefel, Badartikel, Zu zweit über einen längeren Zeitraum wäre es knapp geworden.

Cons:

Das Bad, insbesondere WC sollte erneuert werden. Die Scharniere des WC-Deckels waren angerostet, das WC an sich deutliche Gebrauchsspuren über einen längeren Zeitraum. Das Zimmer war für meine Begriffe zu kalt, selbständig regelbar war die Zimmertemperatur nicht. Die Fernbedienung des TV funktionierte auch nicht auf Anhieb.
Die Matratzen waren für mich viel zu weich.

Praktisch und modern.
Pros:

Die Lage am Marienplatz ist ideal, gleich um die Ecke eine U-Bahn-Station. Das Frühstück ist ansprechend.
Zimmer zum Innenbereich sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer.
