Please note that a paying shuttle service is available between the hotel and CDG airport. The shuttle will be available every 30 minutes from 5am to 12am and from 5pm to 11.30pm.

Fuar alanına 10 dakika

Cons:

Kahvaltı iyi sayılır fakat servis ve çalışanlar kesinlikle iyi değil. Ayrıca otel fuar alanının yakınında olduğu halde İngilizce bilgilendirme neredeyse yok gibiydi.

Cons:

The pool wasn't all night ..I'm a shy person I wanted a lone time...but that hotel is stunning very beautiful...beautiful location.

The room wasn't up to topnotch considering i have a cleaning company...the mirror was very stainy but over all it's ok

Le personnel de l'accueil est très bien formé. Très réactif, parle plusieurs langues 😍. Un moindre souci et tout est réglé immédiatement ! Les femmes de ménage sont très accueillantes, souriantes. Elles aident à faire le nécessaire. Les chambres sont propres ! La personne qui est venu me changer le lit le soir est un homme très gentil ! Les femmes au restaurant au petit déjeuner sont très agréables ! Le personnel qui travaille au bar le soir a très bien compris ce qu'il nous fallait lors que nous n'avions aucune idée que peut on choisir. N'importe quel personne qui travaille dans cet hôtel est disponible pour aider. Bravo à ce qui gère cet hôtel ! Nous avons passé des jours très agréables !

Cons:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est loin de l'aéroport et la navette est payante. C'est désagréable car pour avoir des clients cela pourra être prise en compte par une petite ajout dans le prix de chambre, par exemple seulement 1euro de plus pourra complètement rembourser le prix de navette car la plupart des gens viennent à l'hôtel en voiture.
Les taxes de séjour pourront être payés lors de l'arrivée des clients non pas lors de départ. Cela nous a agacé car étant déjà en retard avec deux enfants, j'ai dû rester à l'accueil après le séjour pour régler les taxes ! Heureusement mon vol était retardé !
Le billiard est cassé. Et les murs et peinture pourront être refait ...
