Casino Queen Hotel

Clean room, great staff and comfortable bed and pillows. Just need a pod type coffee maker.

Easy to commute over to the arch and downtown area by metro.

The hotel was overall good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, the bathrooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel and casino looked very unsafe, but once inside, there were security features that made us feel...well, secure. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the exercise room wasn't great. The treadmills didn't work, the seat on the airdyne bike was wobbly and the only barbells still in pairs were 25 lbs or more. Price was great and overall a good value.

Check in was easy, staff helpful. Hotel is very outdated, carpet old, furniture old and chipped. My air conditioner was very loud which woke me up several times.

Better than expected considering location. Room was quite and well appointed for the price.

The beds were really hard, and the springs would pop when you move. The shower had no pressure. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean.

Located in a Horrible area - The exterior of the property looked awful. The hotel smelled weird....got in the room it smelled like some weird stale air and nasty nose burning cleaner. Furniture had chips and cracked ...lampshade was cracked, carpets filthy, chair filthy. We checked in and knew we would not get our money back - but also didn't want to risk taking back any "souveniers" with us. We booked another hotel which cost another 500.00
Its one thing for Casino Queen to be run down but when big money Draft Kings put their name on it. The fact that all you did was BRANDING and you did nothing to improve the property and the hotel is more no-tel hotel. Its gross and no valet -

My stay at Casino Queen Hotel was disappointing overall. The hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor and the carpets were badly stained, which gave the property a very run-down feel. The bathroom was missing basic amenities like body wash, which was frustrating.

On the positive side, the room itself was spacious and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately these positives couldn’t make up for the overall lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Definitely expected more for the price.

Not impressed, room hot, seen stained floor (carpet) wrinkled carpet...not impressed with room. Notified young lady at the desk about the stains, and wrinkled carpet so we would not be charged -

Good hotel, good location for Gateway Arch. Room was clean and tidy.

1st time here...attended the Chris Brown concert. Loved the location, room was nice and clean, everyone courteous. Loved the fact it was right next to the Casino- right outside the hotel main entrance. I will definitely be back.

We were able to check in to the hotel before 4 so that was really nice! This time we used the complimentary shuttle to the ball game and that worked out great! We did have an issue with our vehicle. We were parked hotel in the lot right right next to the hotel and someone stole our passenger mirror off of our van! Crazy what people will steal!

Carpets were dirty in room and hallways. But the staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was exceptional.

The girl that checked us in was great. The room needs new flooring and the toilet handle had to be held down to flush. There was only a flat sheet covering the mattress and it wasn’t tucked in well enough to stay in place. It was nice that they had a shuttle to Busch stadium.

Front desk Brie has always been wonderful going above and beyond to help accommodate any needs I have regarding the rooms and my stay!! I’ve been here several times and always update my dad jokes before I come !!!! Lol
