Great!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was poor. Egg is not in the Breakfast, except for one day out of the 7 nights. Though I was given eggs on two occasions.

Cons:

My room was okay. No housekeeping all through the nights I stayed. Had to request for room supply. Took out my room garbage myself.

Reasonable
Pros:

Convenient to Gatwick, we walked to avoid the heavy shuttle price I thought would have been complimentary.

Cons:

Checked in to a tiny room that clearly had not been cleaned. After some time we got moved. Second room better. A fan would have been good, as room was quite warm.

Not a hotel — more like a hostel, and no refund was issued
Pros:

I booked this place through Hotels.com expecting a simple budget hotel near Gatwick. What I walked into was nothing close to a hotel. The room was a cramped, hostel‑style setup with multiple beds squeezed into a tiny space and absolutely no privacy. The whole place felt neglected and poorly maintained.

There were flying insects on the bed, which made the situation completely unacceptable. That alone is enough for any traveller to walk straight out.

We left immediately and booked into the local Premier Inn instead — which actually felt like a proper hotel and was a huge relief after seeing this place. Despite leaving right away and not staying, no refund was issued, which says a lot about the standards and customer care here.

Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, the quality was poor, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Good value hotel in convenient location to Gatwick Airport
Pros:

Great location - easy to walk to from Horley station. My flight was delayed and the trains were delayed (both due to heatwave!), but instructions sent for self-service check were easy to follow.
Room was compact, but OK. As I arrived so late - I was only there for 7 hrs!
I have stayed here a few times, but didn't have breakfast this time.

Cons:

Internet was not great - kept cutting out.

Convenient location…..but bring earplugs.
Pros:

Location, location, location! Super easy to get the bus to Gatwick airport in the early hours. Do not spend a fortune on a taxi!

Cons:

The heat in the room was unbearable - but equally so was the noise coming from outside when the window was open. I don’t think I really slept at all.

Stosunek jakości do ceny - perfekcyjny! Czyściutki, kameralny hotel.

Cons:

Śniadanie było absolutnie obrzydliwe. Nic nie zjedliśmy, wyszliśmy ze śniadania głodni. Tam nic do siebie nie pasowało, naprawdę nie było w czym wybrać. Jak już coś próbowaliśmy zjeść to było to po prostu obrzydliwe.

Dated but not terrible
Pros:

Location is great. Staff friendly. Indian cuisine in the restaurant is great! Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy.
Could get cheap parking via another app.

Cons:

Very few staff- guy on reception was receptionist, bar person, waiter and shuttle driver.
Room was very small, hard to move suitcases around the bed. Shower room was tiny.
Decor very dated, shabby and eclectic.
