Ground-floor rooms are subject to availability. Requests can be made in advance or upon arrival.

An airport shuttle or taxi service is available upon request from 07:00 to 19:00. All shuttle services outside these hours are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

The airport shuttle service will incur an additional charge of GBP 22 per room, per trip, which includes a GBP 10 charge by Gatwick Airport. For two rooms booked together price will be discounted.

Hotel pick-up points at Gatwick Airport are STOP-9 in the south and STOP-12 in the north terminal. For additional people and luggage, alternative larger vans can be arranged at an additional cost.

Not to worry about anything when you are booked with White House. The property offers breakfast, transfers, parking, an Indian restaurant and bar, an all-day cafe, a luggage room for guests who arrive early, an ironing facility and laundry service.

Normal rates are charged one day prior to arrival using a credit card or debit card. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged at the time of booking.

For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Amazingly good service(s) for the price! Reception team were great, checking in was smooth and quick, I got a complimentary room upgrade, the bed was super comfortable and had the best night sleep! Continental breakfast was simple and had everything- including lots of gluten free options!

Cons:

Additional charge for parking but reasonable considering location.

L'hôtel est dans un quartier très tranquille, au calme.
Le personnel est accueillant et très arrangeant (petites collations dans un sac à emporter car mon vol était tôt par rapport à l'heure du petit-déjeuner 😊)
La chambre était bien équipée avec bouilloire et thé, le lit confortable.
L'emplacement est idéal (à pied: l'arrêt de bus pour Gatwick à 5min et la station de train depuis Londres à 15min 👍)
(Autre + : la salle avec accès au micro-ondes et couverts !)

Great staff and hotel
Pros:

This is the 3rd time staying here and I will only stay here when I come to Horley. The staff are super friendly amd welcoming. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It also looks amazing now after all the work they have done inside. Great place to stay

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Excellent location in proximity to the airport. Grateful for the takeaway breakfast as we were leaving so early.

Cons:

After we got into bed, we realised the bedding had not been washed adequately or at all as the sheets smelled strongly of body odour. It was already very late at night and we had a 4.45am start so we couldn't reasonably be expected to have got out of bed to find a staff member to report this- especially as properly washed sheets is a basic minimum for a paid hotel stay.

Remarkable service and food
Pros:

I stay 2 days there ,is a cozy place with nice staff and very good indian food.Price and quality service are very good. Recommend and definitely I will return every time when I come in UK.

Friendly staff who go above and beyond.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful.
I read a lot of.mixed reviews about this place but I thought I'd give it a go.
I heard a lot of good reviews about their Indian cuisine so it was a bonus.
Unfortunately for me, the kitchen was going to be closed by the time I reached the hotel.
But staff worked with the kitchen to have the food prepared before they closed so it would be ready for my arrival.
Needless to say, I sat down at 22:40 to an amazing Chicken Tikka Masala with a Garlic Naan.
Supper was 10 out of 10.

As for the rooms, tea & coffee, bottled water, towels and fresh bedding.
Rooms were clean, bedding was immaculate and the bathroom was clean and tidy, as you'd expect.

So needless to say, I didn't see any evidence of the bad reviews I'd read.

Food was great , the place was clean and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate what ever I asked for.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to dislike, it was a budget room not a 5 star hotel. Yet it had everything I needed.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low for my preference, but certainly wasn't an issue, certainly wasn't a trickle, did what it needed to do.
Water temperature was at a nice comfortable level
