My son really enjoyed his pizza in the restaurant
Shower drain was partially blocked and needed to be cleaned out
The shower hose leaked so badly there was barely any water coming out of the shower head.
The metal bunk bed in our room creaked every time you moved and made it very difficult to sleep.
The mattress was uncomfortable
I had chicken tikka masala in the restaurant having seen the reviews saying how great the curries were. It was disappointing and served lukewarm

Rescue hotel near Gatwick while stranded after missing flights due to exceptional trains disruptions : best indian food there and cheap and the employees are very helpful and kind.
Location is good for Gatwick airport, and there is a Lidls within walking distance. Plenty of hot water. There is transport to the airport which cost £23 but you can get an Uber for less.
No lifts so dragging a heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs was difficult. My bed didn't have a quilt, just a dirty looking blanket, so when I questioned that I was given another room on the ground floor which was better.
Breakfast was VERY basic, I just had a bowl of muesli.
The staff was very friendly. Love the convenience of the shuttle transportation. Room was simple but clean and had everything I needed for airport stay. The morning to go breakfast for my very early departure was a nice touch. Down the street from lidl and was able to reach hotel via public transport

The bedding and bed were clean and comfy.
For the price I can't really fault it,as long as have good clean bed/linen and good breakfast, to me that's all that matters,that's what I pay for.

This place is a hidden gem the concierge was warm and accommodating the food was fantastic and great value and I’m a northerner so it really was a fair price on food and drink the hotel is clean and it’s only 10 minutes to Gatwick airport they offer shuttle runs and good breakfast options I was extremely impressed by this 2 star option it’s better than some 4 star hotels you won’t be disappointed
Everything was great especially for the price
Friendly, helpful staff, great food and comfortable room.
The atV remote didn’t work but to be fair it was probably just the batteries and I’m sure they would have changed if I could have been bothered to go out and as.

The hotel is very close to the airport, even though transportation between the terminal and the hotel in a taxi was expensive. Very convenient for travel, decent room, ok breakfast (included)
We booked a double bed and ended up with a single and two bunk beds. The breakfast was ok but could have been a little bit better organised.
