Ground-floor rooms are subject to availability. Requests can be made in advance or upon arrival.

An airport shuttle or taxi service is available upon request from 07:00 to 19:00. All shuttle services outside these hours are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

The airport shuttle service will incur an additional charge of GBP 22 per room, per trip, which includes a GBP 10 charge by Gatwick Airport. For two rooms booked together price will be discounted.

Hotel pick-up points at Gatwick Airport are STOP-9 in the south and STOP-12 in the north terminal. For additional people and luggage, alternative larger vans can be arranged at an additional cost.

Not to worry about anything when you are booked with White House. The property offers breakfast, transfers, parking, an Indian restaurant and bar, an all-day cafe, a luggage room for guests who arrive early, an ironing facility and laundry service.

Normal rates are charged one day prior to arrival using a credit card or debit card. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged at the time of booking.

For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location and price seems nice , but in th end, uber take 26 pounds from airport , and facilities and staff qualities aren’t enough.

Pros:

Lo tenía todo. Buena ubicación y conexión con el bus, cerca del aeropuerto, tenía restaurante que cuando llegas muy cansado del viaje es un plus. Y me encantó el trato con el personal.

Cons:

Lo único que diría es de cambiar los colchones, pero de resto todo muy bien.

A low cost hotel near Gatwick airport with friendly proprietor & a good supper.
Pros:

The hotel was near to the airport. Very friendly staff & functional basic room. Had a curry for our supper in the restaurant & it was excellent.

Cons:

Room & en suite shower room a little tired but all functional & clean.

Pros:

Hotel jak na jedną noc bardzo dobry, świeża pościel, śniadanie w cenie niestety bez jajek. Bardzo miło nas przywitano o 3 w nocy jak mieliśmy opóźniony lot, przygotowano nam torbe z jedzeniem i piciem

Cons:

Wszystko się w zasadzie rozwala, śmierdzące płyny do mycia oraz mogłoby być trochę cieplej w łazience i pokoju. Taki no 1 gwiazdka
Wynajelismy pokój z jednym lokiem, dostaliśmy gratis jeszcze łóżko piętrowe co bardzo zmniejszyło powierzchnię pokoju, ciężko było się poruszać. Cena jednak nie jest wygórowana.
Reasumujac- na jedną noc ok, na dłużej nie polecam

Exactly what we needed!
Pros:

Cheap and cheerful and close to the airport! It’s right on the 100 bus route to both Gatwick terminals - which is very handy!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, too!

Cons:

It was cold outside but swelteringly hot inside - and the heating wasn’t even on!
