Good for value
Pros:

Close to airport at walking distance. Breakfast very generous and included.

Cons:

5 pounds for a self check-in at 23:30. Considering this is an airport hotel I would have a appreciate a free late check-in

放松和舒适。
Pros:

一张床的房间和浴室虽小，但都很干净整洁，适合独行者的休整。早餐内容比较丰富，味道也不错。服务人员热情耐心，服务周到。地理位置不错，离机场和火车站很近，5分钟车程。镇子里的悠闲生活让人心情愉悦。

Cons:

估计不太好改进，房间面积无法再扩大了。

If you want a good price for one night before your flight, this is as good an option as you'll find.
Pros:

A reasonably priced option not too far from Gatwick Airport. A 10-15 minute walk from the station, and then the train is quick from there. Nice that the bar is also a curry house. It was nice to sit and relax in the garden too.

Cons:

It was quite dimly lit in the corridors and the room was pretty small – not much desk space, so it was easier to go outside with my laptop to work.

If money is tight this place will do.
Pros:

Restaurant served delicious Indian food.

Cons:

High cost for airport shuttle, £23 each way. I picked this place because I understood the shuttle service was included. Perhaps this is due to airport fees for taxis. I walked 15 mins to the train station, and took a 2 mins train ride to the airport.
The room did not feel clean.

Pros:

We liked the spacious room with separate full bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn't experience the Breakfast, as we had an early departure.

Cons:

All rooms were upstairs, hard to pull luggage to the steep stairs. The mattresses were uncomfortably for sleeping.

Perfect for what we needed.
Pros:

The staff are so friendly, and whilst the rooms are a little dated, we just wanted somewhere to put our bags and lay our heads before going to Gatwick for an early morning flight. We walked to a local pub to eat dinner, however the smell of the curries on offer, we wished we had eaten in the hotel!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing to complain about at all!

A lovely friendly hotel
Pros:

This is an amazing little hotel with amazing food and very special staff who never make you feel you’re in their way and will always stop what they’re doing to listen to you or help you. This is the second time I’ve stayed there. Both rooms I’ve stayed in have been clean and comfortable with the beds being lovely too.

Cons:

Maybe a bit more drinking water available in the room. My kettle was too big to fit under the sink tap and there was only one small bottle of drinking water on the tray.

Easy, convenient & affordable!
Pros:

Super close to Gatwick Airport. Plenty of parking spots.
The room was basic but perfect place for an affordable stop in or out of Gatwick Airport. The reception was open until late, but there was also a person to open the main doors very late at night.
The keys and info to the room was waiting for me at reception...nice touch! The room was clean and the sheets was silky smooth and the bed was very comfy.
The rooms came with a kettle, tea & coffee facilities. Note that there isn't a fridge in the room.
The breakfast was basic but good enough - ham, cheese, cereals, spreads, hot drinks, juices, clean area, etc. It's good that there was also options to have a full English breakfast also (for an extra cost, cheap and cheerful).

I would recommend The Gatwick White House Hotel if you want a quick stop - easy, convenient & affordable.

Cons:

Sound proofing was poor as I was able to hear people moving around outside the room in the early hours of the morning.
The solution = ear plugs!! So bring some with you.

Communication from the hotel was via Booking,com chat. So I missed out on certain information beforemI arrived. Note I didn't have notifications turned on for Booking.com on my mobile. It will be better if these comms were also CC'ed to sent out to the user's personal email. Maybe an extra step that can be sent out by the hotel?
