Lovely staff Vanessa and Johnny especially, and an attractive, clean comfortable place.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff person who assisted with breakfast , Johnny,was wonderful.

Cons:

It was very difficult to find the hotel getting off the highway as it was very camouflaged by a lot of other hotels and businesses.
We were given an " accessible " room which was no different from a regular room. While we didn't ask for an accessible room, the shower in the bathtub could prove quite the opposite of an accessible shower. Apparently there are a few rooms with walk in showers which seem safer for all. I would recommend not calling these rooms, accessible.

Horrible no amenities I planned to use
Cons:

I didn’t like that I paid for amenity’s of a jacuzzi and pool that did not work I went to relax with my family and jacuzzi was out of order money and time waisted.. please look into my refund please as I requested

If the mattress was better and if your shower was more modern it would have been very nice.
Pros:

It was good but the service was slow.

Cons:

We had a hard time sleeping on the mattress on the bed. Your shower needs updating!
