Pros:

I really liked my stay at this hotel was very close to Masjid al Nabwi and was very convenient. All stuff are very friendly and owner is all very caring.
Highly recommend this hotel ti anyone who is traveling to Madina.

I booked a 4-night stay at Karam Taiba Almasi and had a very bad experience. The room price was similar to a 4-star hotel, but the service was terrible. There were no proper facilities or amenities. A room meant for two beds was turned into a 4-bed room, making it very narrow and cramped. You could barely move around.

All the furniture was broken, and the bathroom fittings were also damaged. The cleaning service was extremely poor—no daily room cleaning, and they didn’t even take out the garbage. The management was very unprofessional.

Overall, my experience was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Hotel is right next to the courtyard of the Masjid. you can see gate number 12 from your hotel room. Amazing location only about 6 mins walk to get into the masjid gates. Hotel is satisfactory with cleanliness. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

The Owner of the hotel is very arrogant, our booking with Expedia showing check in 2:00 pm but he said 4:00pm and when we mentioned he said talk with Expedia nothing I can do
He is taking advantage of location
We pay 4 time less money in Makkah hotel and get 10 times better service and cleaning

Its an "old hotel" . Hot water gets finished after one bath and in some rooms there is 3 beds. Only good thing as location to haram. It will be difficult for me to stay there again unfortunately.

My stay was good due to the fact that I wanted to visit Medinah and Prophet (was) and hotel is right next to the holy site. But the hotel needs a good deep clean.
