A simple, quiet stay with friendly staff and good location, but payment arrangements could have been clearer.
Pros:

It is a simple but convenient hotel located on a quiet street. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do not speak English, but communication was efficient using Google Translate.

Cons:

One drawback was that the owner asked me to pay in cash, which was uncomfortable given that the booking was made through Booking.com. It gave the impression that this was intended to bypass platform commissions.

Нашу группу из 8 человек просто не пустили в отель Там не было никого не ресепшин. По телефону хозяин отеля ответил нашему водителю по турецки, что номеров нет, они их уже сдали, и просто извинился. Наша группа осталась на улице!

A good place to stay for short term with the good price.
Pros:

The staffs (a guy and Larissa) are good, friendly and helpful. The location is good and close to the main attraction in Sultanahmet but the road is quite hilly and bumpy. If you come by public transport and carry a lot of big luggages, it is a bit difficult and feels far. Either you bring less stuff or get taxi to reach the hotel to make it easier. Although the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area but the small road makes it busy at times when there are a lot of vehicles passing by and maintenance work is being done.

Cons:

There was no lift / elevator to go to the rooms from lobby since it's a small and cute building. If you come along with big and heavy luggages, so difficult to get up to your room.
