Convenient and nice Staff

Very good for the price and the convenience of being in the same building as the Suria shopping mall.

Internet did not work

Great location - easy to get around. Good towels and clean bathroom. However walls very thin - some guests very noisy

Great hotel! We stayed there twice during our trip to Mount Kinabalu. The room was nice sized, bathroom was perfect and breakfast was good. Will stay again when in KK.

Great place to stay in KK. In a nice mall and near everything. Will use when back to KK.

The location is convenient plus free parking but the air conditioning kept pumping icy cold air even when we turned it off. Had to sleep with sweater on and still got sick. And loud banging and rumbling noise during the night

Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Only problem is mattress is too hard. Other than that everything is great and would visit again.

When it rains, water seeps through the walls on to the office desk areas. Room not clean or moldy.

쇼핑몰 안에 위치하고 있어서 편의성 최고에요. 시설도 깔끔하고 조식도 진짜 다양하고 맛있어요. 인터넷은 잘 안되더라고요. 그런데 보니까 인터넷 잘 안되는건 코타키나발루 거의 대부분의 호텔이 다 인터넷 잘 안되는것같아요. 그냥 휴대폰 유심으로 인터넷 많이 구매하는게 답인것같아요

Get a room on 8th or 9th floor, which are nice and fairly new - below the 8th you do feel like been in a prison due to crazy architecture with bars in front of windows! Standard room not nice! Breakfast is not for European and very low standard. The mall below is fine and the hotel is fairly central!

Stay here many times

It is not bad. Had stayed here many times. Easy to shop good restaurants around.

The location is great, close to most sightseeing spots like ferry terminal, markets, shopping centers, cafes and restaurants. The service was also good, staffs kindly helped us when we asked for goods replacements or advice for shops. It’s good enough to stay for several nights for city walk and island hopping. My favorite was their breakfast service. The soup that you can choose ingredients and soup type was pretty tasty.

I can’t fault this hotel. It is located on level 7 of the Suria shopping centre which is very convenient for shopping and eating as there are a variety of decent restaurants in the shopping centre. It is 5-10 mins walk from the pier where you catch the boat to the islands, the fish market, the souvenir market and the Gaya Street weekend night and Sunday markets. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the staff are eager to please. The only negative is that the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that goes on outside your room.

Easy access to mall.

Conveniently attached to a shopping mall for all of your potential needs. Room was adequate for my one night stay.

We have a good stay. Will stay here during my next visit. Hotel 7 Suria is located at 7 floor unfortunately grab drivers will nit go up to the hotel lobby. It’s inconvenient for elderly couples like us to get out of grab during rainy season. The grab driver will let you go out near Macdonald at ground floor. For this reason the hotel needs to improve transportation and negotiate with grab company. If this is solve it is a great hotel to stay

Very convenient location in town. Place was clean and comfortable. A bit weird, since it is on the 7th floor of the Sabah Mall, but separate lifts (one lift for rooms, another for mall) eased my mind.
Just a short walk away from the seafood heaven of KK, and there was a day market around the corner on Sunday.

Breakfast was plentiful, in terms of choices and food.

Great place to stay and convenient! Nice view and amenities. Definitely come back again
