N8ce hotel, liked the large casino

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible...yuck. we came in at 9am and everything was practically gone and what was left was old and gross. If your b gonna keep it open till 10, keep it fresh till 10. The beds were SOOO uncomfortable, woke up in pain every morning. Location is ok....not really in.the action.

Pros:

We were there for a wedding and it was one of the suggested stays. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was good. I liked the lady at check in her name was Pam. The lady at checkout seemed less than thrilled to be there

Cons:

There was some miscommunication on the parking. Austin told us we would only have to pay for 1 car as my grandson drove separately but at end I was charged for 2 cars.

Great location but cleanliness needs improvement
Pros:

The good: The location is convenient, and you can easily walk into Old Town without needing to drive. The rooms are fairly spacious and include useful amenities such as a microwave, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator.

The not-so-good: When I first walked into the room, it appeared as though the bed had already been slept in, and both the bathroom and floors felt dirty. Housekeeping seemed rushed and could have done a more thorough job. Our room faced Main Street, which made for a noisy morning. There is only one elevator for the property, and it was quite slow, especially during busy times.

Overall, the location and room size were positives, but cleanliness and noise levels left room for improvement.
