Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist etwas altbacken und der Raum für die Fitness Kurse wird leider nur sporadisch gesäubert. Nur ein deutsches TV Programm und kein direkter Meerblick trotz Aufpreis.

Wunderbarer Garten 🪴, ruhig, gute walking distance in das Zentrum, tolle Umgebung

Cons:

Leider kein Aqua Gymnastik und Yoga mehr im Angebot. Sehr schade!

Buffet nicht mehr 4-Sterne Level, war früher definitiv besser

Bra läge, något daterat
Pros:

Läget är toppen med gångavstånd in till centrum. Det finns även gott om busshållplatser nära hotellet, så lätt att ta sig runt. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Fint att man även har tillgång till poolområdet på systerhotellet Miramar. Bra för barnfamiljen.

Cons:

Hotellet känns lite daterat och skulle behöva ett lyft. Städningen var sådär, vårt rum var rätt dammigt och hade en del fläckar här och där. Maten som serveras på kvällsbuffén är helt ok, men för tankarna till 70- och 80-talet. Exempelvis serveras ofta efterrätter i form av färgglad gelé eller mousse.

Hotrl budżetowy, ale dobra obsługa
Pros:

Podobała mi się lokalizacja, blisko centrum Funchal i Promenady. Łatwy dojazd do i z lotnoska. Miły personel. Po powrocie do pokoju czekała na mnie miła niespodzianka w postaci wina musującego i życzeń urodzinowych. Była też możliwość zjedzenia kolacji w pobliskich restauracjach sieci hoteli Pestana. Szczególnie polecam tę w Pestana Grand.

Cons:

Hotel budżetowy, wymaga nieco remontu, ponieważ wszystko jest już wysłużone. Pozostałe Pestany w lepszym standardzie.

Personal super. Essen/Buffet/HP nur teilweise gut.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit und Engagement des Personals im Speisesaal war absolut top.

Cons:

Studio sehr, sehr abgewohnt. Entspricht allenfalls 2 - 3 Sternen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass man bei Buchung des Studios seitens der Hotelleitung davon ausgeht, dass der Gast dann ein Upgrade bucht. Das machen dann die meisten Gäste der günstigsten Kategorie auch so.

Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute et envie de bien faire
Pros:

Multiples choix, diversifié chaque matin, par contre un manque de clarté sur les produits ( comme les divers pains : sans gluten…). Manque egalement de produit laitier sans lactose, pour les personnes intolérantes.

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillotte sans clim ni prises électriques.
Restaurant pas assez varié.
La carafe d’eau facturé 5€ à chaque repas… c’est une honte.
Le parking payant.
