Close to so much and roomy for a hotel setting.
Pros:

Close to walkable areas of town, the Sanssouci gardens and HOHO bus

Cons:

No kitchen implements- not a place to cook. View from the back wasn’t great, but enjoyed the balcony despite that. No a/c which was a bit of an issue during the heat wave, but it did stay relatively cool with the fans, open windows and thankfully cooler nighttime temperatures.

Super: Man kann Fahrräder ausleihen und
früh morgens durch den Park von Sanssouci radeln, wenn da noch Ruhe herrscht.

uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man die Stadt und den Park Sanssouci erkunden möchte. Sehr gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Nahverkehrsnetz.
Besonders gut hat uns die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit des Personals überzeugt. Egal ob es um den Parkplatz, Zeitkarten für das Schloss oder Tickets für die Straßenbahn waren, alles wurde selbstverständlich erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Badewannen sind nicht so gut zum Duschen geeignet. Es fehlt ein Haltegriff zum Ein- und Aussteigen und eine Ablage für Duschbad etc.

No service whatsoever ! Breakfast is awful, worse quality ever ! Monday morning, we had scrambled eggs made on Sunday or Saturday, arggggh

Ein angenehmes Hotel mit Atmosphäre drumherum
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gemütlich, die alten Möbel sind passend zum Charme von Potsdam und Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Blick aufs Brandenburger Tor ist sehr schgön, man taucht ein in eine schöne Atmosphäre. Von hier gibt es ein Meer an Restaurant´s und Cafe´s und viel Antik, Literatur.

Cons:

Mit dem Preis hätte ich mir mehr Pflege erwartet. Im Badezimmer gab veraltete gefärbte Fugen. Die Matratze etwas durchgelegen. Wie sagt man heute so schön, es gibt Investiotstau und das kann man leider gut sehen.

Die Lage ist natürlich ganz wunderbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad, hat dermaßen gestunken ... man sollte die Abflüsse mal überprüfen bzw. reinigen.
