The staff was friendly.

Cons:

We arrived at the property and went to our room, but noticed dehumidifiers running throughout the hallways. Both the hallway and our room had a very strong odor that was overwhelming. Because of the smell, we were unable to stay and had to leave shortly after arriving.
We requested a refund, which was approved, and we appreciated that. The hotel itself appeared clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the odor was a major issue for us and ultimately made our stay impossible.

Amazing staff, clean, and worth the cost
Pros:

Everyone we spoke with was extremely kind and helpful. The room was extremely clean, and during our two night stay housekeeping came by twice. I was beyond impressed.

Cons:

The pool did have stuff at the bottom, but everything else was extremely well maintained.
