I do like it!
Pros:

The location is excellent! Walking distance from shoppings and dinning. And 20 minutes drive from the beach area (Siesta and Lido key) and Saint Armand Key. This was my second stay there, I am local which is ok for a short staycation.

Cons:

The A/C was too loud and was blowing like a fan and the mattresses were a little bit disappointing.

Convenient location to stay and later walk to watch the UTC mall fireworks on July 3rd.

Cons:

Nothing really... thank you to the coffee shop attendant for selling us breakfast after 9:30 in the morning. It was raining a lot and we could not walk to one of the brunch places across the street.
