Perfect Quiet Place with Exceptional Staff and Spaces

The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Property was quiet and well maintained. I have no complaints and would book Beachscape Kin Ha anytime I come in the future. No consideration of other properties.

Room service at $76 dollars !!!!!
Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff, quiet at night

Cons:

One morning at breakfast I ordered room service, remind you that breakfast was included with my room, later on I found out that there was a charge to my credit card for $76 dollars for the room service !!!!

Pros:

Mooi hotel aan het strand die dagelijks vrij gemaakt wordt van de algen. Groot zwembad en op strand genoeg ligstoelen met parasols. Beach restaurant met lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel. Afgesloten parking.

Je recommande, plage incroyable sans sargasses
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimer cet hotel. Un super déjeuner avec de tout (du sucre, du salé, des boissons…).
Le gros + était que pendant notre séjour Playa del carmen et Tulum était rempli de sargasses et sur le plage de l’hotel il n’y pas a eu une sargasse! L’hotel dispose d’une super belle plage avec des transat et parasol.
Le personnel est tres accueillant
La localisation est top. A 10min a pied du coco bongo

Cons:

Le restaurant de l’hotel n’etait vraiment pas tres bon pour le prix.

Comfortable Family Stay in Cancun
Pros:

Quiet location with a beautiful beach and spacious villas. The kitchenette was well equipped with utensils, and there is a supermarket nearby for daily essentials. The bus stop right outside the hotel makes it easy and affordable to visit La Isla Shopping Village, Cancun Downtown, Coco Bongo, and other attractions. The pool and gym were good, and breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Cons:

The lobby and common areas are open-air and not air-conditioned, which can be uncomfortable during hot weather. The check-in experience could have been warmer and more welcoming. Breakfast was satisfactory but could offer more variety, especially for vegetarian guests.
