Very convenient to the train station. The views were lovely, I could stand at our room window and see all of Sapporo! The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
It was a slightly longer walk to Odori Park and the snow festival, but that was my only complaint!
The room was very comfortable and the view of the city really spectacular.
The concierge and front desk staff were super helpful and so friendly. I appreciate that most could speak some English.
The Onsen was really the best. All the facilities in the Onsen were beyond my expectations from the number of pools, dry sauna, wet steam, spaciousness, relaxation room, and the staff keeping everything neat and tidy were wonderful. And to top it off the milky ice pops!
The signage from JR station was confusing and I never was able to locate the path for direct access to the hotel without going outside for a few hundred feet.
Excellent hotel, the location is fantastic as it is above Sapporo Station, this is the hub of the train network in Hokkaido so it is a huge plus.
The staff were fantastic and helped me with any issues I had or bookings I needed to make for activities.
The room was spacious with a great view of the city.
The two highlights for me were the onsen and breakfast.
The onsen was excellent, you pay a small fee to use it and it is so relaxing after a long day of walking around or travelling to other destinations.
It also had a very nice view of the city.
The breakfast was fantastic, the views of the city from the onsen were nice but the view for breakfast was spectacular.
You can see all across the city to the mountains and it was so scenic.
The breakfast was a buffet and had everything I wanted.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough, I was very happy here!
The hotel was excellent in every way but the bathroom was the only slight disappointment.
It was fine and spacious enough but compared to the very high standards across the hotel this was the only part that felt like a mid level hotel.
A minor issue and it was fine for what I needed.
Centrally located, adjacent to the train station, easy walking to many restaurants and Sapporo activities. The staff was incredibly friendly and service was great. Our room had a fun view of the city.
No complaints

Great location. Next to Sapporo Tower. Underground walking area to the various attractions. Really convenient.
The king bed size room that we stayed in is really really small. Our children's twin bed room is so much bigger than our room. Requested to change to a twin bed but was told none available and wanted us to upgrade and pay for a bigger single room. They should have assigned this small room to a single traveller and not to 2 travellers. I noticed they have other bigger room for king size bed but unfortunately they assigned the smallest room to us.
