Pros:

スタッフの対応が丁寧でわかりやすく、とても丁寧で親切でした。
ロケーションも素晴らしく、部屋も清潔でとても綺麗でした。
また、食事も大変美味しく戴きました。

Cons:

近くの工事で、駐車場の出入りが分かりにくく
電話で確認しましたが…最後のホテルと駐車場の
分かれるる所でも…駐車場待ちの列に並んでしまい、かなり時間が掛かりました。

Love the stay, will come back
Pros:

I like how one of your staff at the Japanese restaurant at Level 35, how she makes the guest feel welcome thru conversation of getting to know where the guest is from and gave her handmade welcome craft, a small gesture goes all the way to warm the guest in a foreign country.

Cons:

It would be good to have more variety in food delivery service especially in the kind of drinks.
