Cons:

A staff member booked someone else in the room I paid for, and then to fix it, booked me in their room. On the surface, not a big issue until my cc was charged extra for incidentals, the other person got access to my name, address, email and last 4 digits of my cc when they checked out - and my receipt gave me theirs. I would think that’s a privacy breach. Additionally room smelled musty and smoky but it was fully booked so couldn’t exchange for another room.

It was absolutely horrible
Pros:

We didn't have a positive experience. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! We didn't realize how bad our matt was until the next morning. The mattress had blood stains all over it and burns in the sheets! There was mold under the window. There wasn't even one towel or washcloth. There was only a floor mat for the dirty jacuzzi. The shower was filthy and it had a dirty bar of soap in it. We had four rooms and they were all the same. After being told Yakin was the manager, I spoke with him. He told me since I planned to post the pictures, he wasn't giving any refund. He then said someone named Cam was the manager and he would call me back but never did. This place is a scam and should be closed by the health department. I definitely don't want to hear and ridiculous crap from "management" apologizing for my experience. We should have been refunded instead of saying if we posted the pics we would get no refunds. Everyone has the right to know about how horrible it is.

Pros:

Great location, decent price, pet friendly

Cons:

Neither my bedside lamp nor the clock radio on the bedside stand worked. There was a gap between the closed door and the wall so that you could see slightly into the hallway. The outside area where dogs are allowed to go potty had no potty bags and was poorly maintained

Too far from VA Tech Frustrating to never have a manager on duty to address problem issues with the customer
Pros:

Bed comfortable, nice egg breakfast

Cons:

Blob is old customer’s hair clogging the tub backed up water when shower. Front desk employees said “no manager available on the weekend”. “No one addressed the problem issue with me and there was no follow up at check out or afterwards”. Management not show any support to the front desk staff

Cons:

Our room with a king size bed wasn't available, so they "upgraded" us to room 224 on June 1, 2026. The room was a little bigger and had a hot tub. Then we were told the hot tub was broken as we were given the room key. We didn't look at the hot tub until we woke up the next morning and noticed there was water in the tub. Stagnate water isn't good and we weren't happy!!!
