Pros:

Location off I-81 and proximity to Radford University for our visit. Our room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Common areas, including elevator and breakfast room were not clean. Bedding, specially pillows, were worn, small, and uncomfortable.

Terrible stay, everything was awful.

Cons:

The room was filthy from the front entrance to the room. The halls, the elevator, and room itself- all dirty. The bathroom was moldy, the chair had actual syrup that was sticky and wet. There was dust and grime on all the surfaces- including the bottles on the bathroom and lamps. The air conditioner sounded like it was grinding metal all night and the room smelled like cigarettes. Another guest had to move three times over sanitation issues and was told on the last room they couldn’t move her anymore. The lady that checked us out said the owner would be contacting us to discuss our stay and it’s been over a week and no one has. The breakfast was also gross and half the dispenser didn’t work.

The room was dirty and gross. Stay away.
Pros:

The room was filthy. Mold throughout the bathroom. Grime on everything from the hairdryer to the shampoo dispenser. Fresh sticky syrup all over the dirty chair in the room. The free breakfast was nasty. The hotel common areas were also dirty. The air conditioner in the room sounded like grinding metal all night long. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We notified the front desk and have never heard from anyone yet. The person checking out in front of us stated she was moved to three different rooms over sanitation issues and finally told there were no more to offer. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Never again!
Pros:

When we arrived, the room they assigned us to had not been cleaned, so they gave us another room. After dinner when we came back into the room, we discovered that the air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was soaked. I reported it, and the front desk said they couldn’t move us because they were booked. However, the parking lot was not full at all! The next morning, we left at 9:00 am and the front desk told us they would look at the situation and I asked if it couldn’t be fixed could they move us. When we returned at 3:00 pm, they had reassigned us to another room. After we moved everything for 2 adults and 3 children, we discovered the keys they gave us didn’t work, so they had to give us new keys.
Additionally, there was a crack all the way down the window, the pool area was in dire need of repair and maintenance and the chemicals had not been checked in over a month!
Finally, when I tried to check out this morning to turn in the keys and express my disappointment in our stay, the woman said she would be right with me and 10 minutes later we had to leave without talking with her to get my grandson to his soccer game!
All in all, it was not a good experience and I would never suggest that anyone stay there.
