Séjour agréable, au calme, avec une disponibilité de tous les instants du staff, parfait pour se reposer et visiter Marr
Pros:

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Les jardins sont superbes et parfaitement entretenus, ce qui donne une vraie sensation d’oasis. Les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses et confortables, avec une très belle vue sur la palmeraie. L’hôtel est calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre. Le personnel mérite aussi une mention spéciale : tout le staff était très aimable, disponible et souriant tout au long du séjour. J’ai également beaucoup aimé l’architecture, typique et élégante.

Cons:

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : le buffet devient assez monotone après quelques jours et il manque davantage d’options healthy. Enfin, la climatisation dans la chambre dégageait une odeur d’égouts, ce qui était désagréable.

Everything about this property was amazing! The 24/7 room service was a big + and the staff were phenomenal.

Cons:

Slight downfall was the actual room and bathroom which was a wet room; didn’t feel like a 5* but fine to sleep in, not a ‘relaxing’ 5* bedroom set-up

Barcelo is the best resort I have been to. It really surpassed all my expectaions.
Pros:

Barcelo Resort is a beautiful resort, it lives up to its name OASIS. The best resort I have been to, everything from the pools to the eating places and the relaxing ambience. The staff are very friendly too. Front desk was very proffesional. In particular Zouhair Chlih was exceptional, he exemplyfied great customer service and ensured our stay at Barcelo was joyous. I will most definately come back here.

la végétation est très belle, les extérieurs et la décoration aussi.
les chambres sont modernes

Cons:

les piscines n'étaient pas chauffées à 27 degrés comme précisé à la réception, les lits des enfants ne sont pas confortables ( ce sont des sofas en sky)
les repas sont bons mais répétitifs
il n'y a pas bcp d'ambiance en soirée
