A very tranquil and well maintained hotel
Pros:

This hotel has a beautiful entrance and an amazing floral smell that makes a great first impression. Staff are on hand to take your bags to the room straight away. The grounds are very well maintained and staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
The pools were good, liked having two options. Pool cafe was also good. The minibus into town is a very good addition, it felt clean, safe and secure but could do with more as they were often full when we wanted to use them and the centre is definitely not doable on foot. Getting cabs into the centre we were charged a whole variety of prices – we know we were always being overcharged which was quite frustrating.

The rooms and bathroom were a good size and clean.

Cons:

Not a big deal but the cocktails were not good. Somebody needs to taste them! My husband and I both had different options from the menu and they both tasted like something had gone wrong. The waitress also told us she had no idea how to make an Old Fashioned.

The soundproofing between rooms could do with improving. We heard a lot of noise late at night from the room above on several occasions. Worth requesting a room on the upper floor.

Had an amazing stay at Barceló Marrakech 🤍✨
Honestly, everything about this hotel was just perfect. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing exactly what I needed. The room was beautiful, super clean, and very comfortable, I really felt at home.
A big thank you to Zouhair from Guest Experience for his kindness and professionalism, he truly made my stay even more special 🙏
Also, a special shoutout to the reception team Khadija and Jaouad for their warm welcome and great service.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality stay in Marrakech 🌴💫

Отличный курортный отель-оазис в пустыне!Персонал приветливый!Еда вкусная!
Хороший интернет, подогреваемый бассейн.
Номер не очень большой,но,чистый и комфортный!Большая территория, есть детский клуб и ферма с домашними животными.
Получили массу удовольствия от отдыха!

Super séjour reposant en famille
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable en famille. Le resort a été très propre et beau. Le petit déjeuner a été super, le dîner avait aussi bcp de choix. Le resto à la piscine était aussi au top. Bcp d’espace de détente. Le personnel a été très bienveillant.

Cons:

L’accès au Spa et Hammam a été payant malheureusement. Notre chambre était sombre et loins du resto, la piscine et réception ce qui n’a pas été idéal avec un petit bébé.

Séjour en famille à Marrakech
Pros:

Bel hôtel, jardin magnifique, endroit calme et éloigné de Marrakech. Le personnel du petit‑déjeuner et du dîner est très gentil et serviable.

Cons:

Le responsable relation client et personnel à la réception, dont l’attitude est particulièrement hautaine, ne prend pas en compte les demandes des clients. Je vous recommande d’être vigilant si vous devez traiter avec eux. (surtout si vous êtes d'origines de France/Moyen Orient).
