Pros:

The pictures online are bit deceiving, or it could be that our room (103) wasn't fully updated. The kitchen and living room were updated but the bathroom and bedroom clearly were not. The vent in the hallway had one side coming off. The door to get to the balcony was tough to open and at times, I thought was going to come off the track. They show nice chairs online for the balcony but they were plastic chairs that you stuck to. The bed was terrible, not comfortable at all. I actually had to sleep on the couch 2 of the nights because it messed my back up. The phones did not work. We wanted to ride the bikes but there was 1 old looking bike, none of the nice new white bikes they show on their website. The staff at the front desk was nice. Michael, the maintenance guy, had to come and fix the tv, the antenna somehow disconnected. He was very nice. Overall, this place needs a revamp, or maybe it was just the building I stayed in. The location was good.

Coconut Cove All-Suite Hotel
Pros:

The only ring good about this place was...it was clean! It started off bad at check-in, we paid $1800 for the week & at check-in was told we had to pay an additional $160 for use of the pool, wifi & business center (which was just a desk right there in the main lobby)...which we didn't use any of the 3!

We had to go purchase dishes because the stuff they had needed to be trashed & there wasn't things needed for daily use!

For the price we paid we could've been at a much better place! They got me once...We'll never stay here again!

Pros:

It was ok for the price we paid, everything works and we didd not have any issues. They do not clean the rooms everyday, but the staff is very friendly and helpful so we were able to get some cleaning supplies.

It's great in some areas while other areas are in need of upkeep
Pros:

The hotel room itself was nice. I tried using the online stuff to book 2 rooms for the 4 of us...never again will I use hotels.com. They did not give us options of first floor requests nor did they tell us before confirming the reservation that you could not allow 17 year old boys to stay in their own room while my husband and I had our own. We did not have any issues receiving a refund for the second room. The pool was great. I'm not too fond of allowing dogs in the rooms because we heard a lot of dogs barking at all hours, especially from the room next door when the humans would leave to do whatever and leave the dog barking disturbing our peace and quiet along with discourteous humans playing extremely loud and vulgar music at the pool to where we could not sit on our balcony to enjoy the outside without being forced to listen to some highly disrespectful and offensive "music" and when my husband called the front desk to complain, they did nothing about it. The towels though...omg...they are SUPER ABSORBENT!!! The kitchenette was very nice to have. We could hear others talking from their rooms so it doesn't seem to have much for soundproofing. I had to install a white noise app on my phone to get sleep. The first night I did not sleep well because of all the excessive noise from people talking, dogs barking and cars screaming down the roads. This hotel is not an ADA compliant hotel. We are disabled and having to use stairs was torture.

Pros:

Found couple of roaches in the bathroom closet. Mentioned at the desk, but the staff didn't seem to have any concern. Other than that Service was ok. Getting the extra linen was great.

It was alright, but nothing to rave about. Kind of quiet and dead.
Pros:

It was ok, but not all that I expected. I planned a 3 day trip with my husband. I picked this hotel, but when we arrived I was feeling a bit let down. We booked it because the photos showed a very lively pool area, a lobby dog and availability for dogs, and a private beach area. The pool area was pretty dead though. We didn’t see 1 person use the pool. We were going to but it didn’t work out, but the last day we were leaving I noticed a bunch of debree at the bottom of the pool and branches which turned me off. Also, there was no lobby dog… lol. That’s not too big of a deal but we were looking forward to seeing dogs. Also, we never used the private beach area but we also never asked about it. I didn’t realize every room is a SUITE STYLE so if you don’t need a kitchen area with a dishwasher and oven, I wouldn’t waste your money on these rooms. It’s kind of like apartment style when you walk in with a little living room area. When you walk in there’s a welcome mat so the theme is like you’re in a 1 bedroom apartment. Overall, the place was NOT dirty but it also wasn’t anything SPECTACULAR. If you want something more upscale, I wouldn’t book here. It was also pretty dead around here which isn’t bad but it was just kind of sorry. There are washers and dryers which is nice. But would I come back again? No.. not for a vacation unless I had a family that required kitchen use. It’s not dreamy or lively or pleasing to the eye. It’s just alright. A place to stay. But nothing to rave about. Also nothing completely disastrous to say don’t come at all. It’s just alright.

Pros:

It was a last minute, in a hurry choice and we do not regret it. Our room was available a few hours before check in. One bedroom, pull out couch, full kitchen and long enough table to eat. We prefer to clean our own space, so no housekeeping wasnt a problem. We asked for a broom, received a vacuum and plenty of cleaning supplies including anything else they offer in the room. Easy to place dirty towels in the hamper and receive clean ones. Pool wasn't maintained well. Too much sand in it and a blob of cheese sat on the edge the entire time we were there. Police Station and public parking in the back of the hotel. Restaurant next door was very accommodating. Mini supermarket, liquor store, convenient store and restaurants in the shopping center next door. 15min walk to the beach. Staff were all friendly. Would stay here again.

Pros:

This is a motel with a great 7 feet deep pool. Save your vacations in staying in another hotel for like 100 dollars more. Total was like 300 a night and it is only worth about 100. They do not clean the pool, it was filthy in the bottom, my room was clean but they do not come in and clean while you stay. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Pros:

I liked the convenience of parking and the location being further away from the noise. It was also cheaper than a lot of the other places I looked at. The only con was it was kind of dusty and we had to sweep the floors and dust the lamps at arrival.

Coconut Cove All Suites: A Vacation Nightmare in Disguise
Pros:

Coconut Cove All Suites is a mockery of a vacation destination. From the moment we discovered a broken security chain on our front door, we were plunged into a grim and discomforting stay.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were a privacy nightmare with non-existent locks. Picture yourself paying for a 'suite' where you can't even ensure your own privacy. That's the unpalatable starter course in the grotesque feast that this place serves up.

The suite was an unsettling exhibition of broken appliances, the very embodiment of flagrant neglect. The toaster was reduced to a pointless prop, completely useless, and the refrigerator barely functioned - a glorified cupboard rather than a cooling device.

Dirty dishes languished forgotten in the dishwasher, an egregious indication of the hotel's disregard for cleanliness. The stove bore a sickening coat of old food and grime. Everywhere we turned, there was dust, dirt, and evidence of an almost aggressive disregard for cleanliness. Even the lamp shades were victims, torn and discolored.

Stepping outside did nothing to lift our spirits. The pool area was a minefield of small rocks, making every step a painful ordeal. The decking was so badly damaged that it posed a safety risk, adding peril to what should have been a relaxing environment. Beds were an exercise in discomfort, sagging depressingly, and the pull-out sofa was a gallery of unidentifiable and off-putting stains.

Online, Coconut Cove All Suites masquerades as a haven, thanks to manipulated images on Instagram and Facebook. But those images are a fantasy. The real picture is starkly different - the place is a dilapidated dump, nothing more. Despite this, the audacity of the management knew no bounds, charging us a 'resort fee' of $22 a day. The supposed amenities, like bicycles, were predictably out of service, like so many other things in this shambolic establishment.

As for the staff, they were a constant source of disappointment. Worn down by a perpetual stream of justified complaints, they reacted with blatant rudeness. Any discussions about a refund were met with dismissive indifference.

Our stay was such a debacle that we decided to throw in the towel. We checked out early, deciding to forgo our prepaid days. Paying for a decent room elsewhere was preferable to spending another minute in this abhorrent place.

This is more than a review, it's a dire warning to all considering Coconut Cove All Suites. Ignore the luring online images and choose literally anywhere else. This place is an absolute disaster, a disastrous caricature of a hotel, and an experience to avoid at all costs.
