Las pasamos súper bien, es muy lindo el Hotel y todas sus instalaciones… el desayuno es increíble!

Pros:

Quarto muito espaçoso. As instalações do hotel sao lindas. Muito verde. Piscina externa grande e piscina aquecida. Cafe da manha tambem perfeito. Funcionarios muito educados e prestativos.

Cons:

Achei a posicao do chuveiro ruim. Dificil tomar banho sem lavar o cabelo. Unico ponto.

Muy buena estadía.
Pros:

Lo que más destaco es la amabilidad de todo el personal. Muy serviciales y atentos.
Muy buen desayuno y buena la comida del restaurante.
La habitación grande, cómoda y silenciosa. Muy lindo jardín, con kids club y tirolesa para los chicos.
La ubicación muy conveniente tanto para visitar el parque nacional (Arg y Br) como para ir a pasear por el centro.

Cons:

La ducha de mi habitación (#123) tenía un acceso muy incómodo y complicado especialmente para personas mayores. Además no desagotaba bien aunque vinieron a destaparla.
El secador de pelo necesita una actualización urgente! Muy poca potencia y el aire apenas tibio.

Pleasant stay but improvements needed

Liked the very spacious rooms with view of well maintained gardens. Also spa facilities

Cons:

A little dated esp bathroom. Confusing use of their own exchange rate even when paying by card for room bill. As a result charged us £21 more than what we were quoted for when booked through booking.com. Also no tea making facilities in room.
