Disappointed with the Calabasas room.
Pros:

Staff was great. Location was great.

Cons:

I've been staying at Hilton Garden Inns for about 15+ years because they were a reliable option for me. This stay was disappointing. The room felt dated, but i can deal with that. But there were stains in the toilet bowl and tub. Most oppressive was the urine smell in the air, I think from the air conditioning unit. We arrived later at almost 9pm after an early, activity-filled day and 6 hour drive from Monterey. We were too exhausted and to change rooms or report any of the rooms shortcomings.
With so many options available i will have to re-think this brand as an option.

Pleasant stay with kind staff.
Pros:

The property is clean and well maintained. Although my original room didn’t have hot water, the staff were very cooperative and quickly provided another room. Almost all the front desk staff were genuinely kind and pleasant to interact with.

Cons:

The walls were quite thin, so nighttime noise made it hard to sleep. The breakfast buffet itself was nice and the servers were great, but the price didn’t feel reasonable — especially since most hotels don’t charge for younger children, while here a child fee was added regardless of age.

After all! I like my stay at this hotel good and friendly area.
Pros:

Location was just perfect restaurants shopping center coffee place, nice place to stay very clean, beds are comfy nice staff, friendly people around , nice area I’ve been here few times and I really like to come back again!

Cons:

I was traveling with my son, and I have the feeling that we have the room all the way to the back because he is over 13 years old, I have to book him as adult, maybe the front desk though we are going to be a noisy people.
