Zum Erholen und etwas Arbeit machen in eine tolle Lage, absolut Empfehlungswert
Pros:

Das Personal war top und haben alle meine Extrawünsche sofort erfüllt, mehr Kaffee, Milch usw. sowie Erklärungen und Empfehlungen zum Einkauf und Essen gehen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war OK, aber vielleicht zu teuer. Das war teileweise laut, wo Kinder die Gänge rumgerannt und gespielt haben. Aber da kann das Hotel wenig machen.

Cons:

When I checked in I was told the breakfast times, but not that there was a charge for it. The only reason I went was because I thought it was included. I paid 20.00 for a spoon full of eggs and a banana. There are no signs or menus, to let you know anything. If I knew I wouldn’t have gone.

Enjoyed our stay in the hills of the Santa Monica mountains.
Pros:

Beds new and comfortable. Nice dining room staffed by sincere friendly people. Very exceptional
People at the desk very efficient and caring. Switched our room They were not confused by booking.com error of switching first name to last name. This happens every time we use booking. Some hotels get very frustrated. But Hilton was great.

Pros:

Hôtel et chambre très propre, personnel sympathique et parking gratuit.

Provision of water bottles in the front desk area was great. I was well hydrated during my visit! Staff was friendly & accommodating. I will be back & will recommend your location to friends & family!

Disappointing. Wifi issues and the bed was just awful.

Check in staff were nice and polite.

Cons:

how do you charge for wifi in this day and age? Shocking! You force us to join Hilton honors and then the wifi is still not fast or up to speed. It's shocking that a massive hotel chain has to charge for wifi when it is so readily available everywhere else for free. Poor!

Lovely experience with great staff, grounds, and facilities.
Pros:

Beautiful lobby, restaurant and grounds. Outdoor seating was perfect! Water and fire features. Staff outstanding. Food fabulous. Bottled water is free, WiFi free, nice pool and hot tub. Clean. Room had wonderful amenities and the fridge was on already as the ac. Only complaint was the mattress was too hard and I like a firm mattress. Highly recommend.
