We stayed here for a week with our small children while we were in town to see family, and our experience here exceeded my expectations. I’m originally from the area, so I knew the location would be safe, quiet and in close proximity to some of my favorite places. This Hilton Garden Inn is within walking distance of the Commons (Sugarfish Sushi, ice cream, Barnes & Noble etc).
Parking is free; housekeeping is every other day. The pool is directly in the sun for most of the day, so evenings are the best time to use it during the summer. The staff were all courteous and responsive. They’re the reason this was a 5-star stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I’m in town.

My parents and I booked a room for a two night stay just a few days ago. The highlight of our stay was Kelly at the front desk! We wanted to change rooms due to the view on the lower level and when we requested a room change, Kelly was so attentive and friendly! I'm sure she had bigger things to do that day, but you would never know. We changed rooms and didn't like the new one because it wasn't updated and then we actually went back to our previous room. Urrghh, how annoying, right? Well, Kelly was still super kind and understanding! I love great customer service as I try to always provide it at my job. Kelly is the epitome of excellent customer service! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
De ligging van het hotel was erg goed. Calabasas is een rustige plaats. Elke dag waterflesjes beschikbaar vanuit het hotel.
Dat na een stroomstoring van een uurtje, het meer dan een halve dag duurde voordat we weer warm water hadden. Personeel ging daar weinig empatisch mee om.
Pool and amenities
Wir nutzten das Hotel mit der Familie um mehre Fahrten nach LA zu starten. Die Lage war super. Einkaufen direkt um die Ecke in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Frühstück überraschend gut und ausreichend. Auf Wunsch wurden frische Omelett zubereitet.
