Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Front desk stated they don't look at messages from Booking.com, they put me in a corner unit, smell of marijuana, some guest living on property, trash etc..

Miserable and very disappointed.
Pros:

Close to one of our favorite restaurants.

Cons:

The hair dryer did not work. There were only 2 towels. There were no washcloths. The toilet paper was extremely rough. The bathroom door needed to be replaced. The bathroom floors were dirty. Biggest issue!!! Someone was upstairs until 2:00 am, apparently working (or having one crazy party). Constantly walking and dropping things on the floor. It was a very miserable night. There were no amenities (continental breakfast). The ice machine was upstairs and poorly lit.

We needed a place to stay for one night before getting on a cruise ship the next morning and it was a perfect stay!

The TV didn't work. Had to have it serviced. Didn't get a hand towel or washcloth initially but staff promptly brought them upon request.

Pros:

our room had a beach view, and it was pet friendly (free) and close to everything.

Cons:

the floors were dirty , one of the beds had a huge cigarette burn hole in the blanket, door had big cracks i could see outside.
