Would highly recommend if staying in Granada. Good location and good value.
Very clean property
.
Too far from dining areas. Carpet was old and smell.
Hotel needs maintenance
The hotel is old, run down, not very clean and definitely NOT 4*. Big disappointment. There are many choices in Granada and I trusted the pictures and the rating in The site, but the real thing was terrible.
Never again
Wifi was horrible, you need to reconnect every 5 minutes! Bed was rock hard and only sheets on it. Blanket in the cupboard was not very appealing, probably never been washed. Staff at reception give a bored service. Positive note, location was good. And it was quiet. Breakfast was decent. It’s rated a four star, maybe 20 years ago? No way is it that now!
The place grows on you. On arrival the look of the old brick building was a let down. The old rugs in the hallway of our floor and the old furniture had us puzzled as we read many great reviews. Butvad the days passed we really enjoyed the place. The room and bathroom are a decent and comfortable size. The bed was comfy, the pillows thin, but long, so I folded it over and slept great. We loved the view and returned each night to watch the amazing sunset from our 14th floor room (all rooms start at the 11th and run to 15). We liked that the big windows opened up for fresh air, we liked that it was quiet yet reasonably close to walk everywhere. We left town on a bus to Malaga and to get to the bus depot we caught the tram that's just a block away and stops right outside the bus station. So all in all it was a solid choice and we'd recommend.
Location was great. Only a few minutes walk to the old town. Parking on site 18 euros, which was worth it. All good.
Good location. All attractions within walking distance. Room is clean and spacious. Great value for three people. Only complaint is that the WiFi in our room is very weak.
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
The hotel is in a great location for walking around all of the amazing sites in Granada.
We had rooms on the 15th floor, which had a large balcony with great views over to the mountains.
The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable (and thats travelling with a very fussy/ light sleeper.
Every area around the hotel was nicely decorated and the reception was very nice and Christmassy
The breakfast was good and children friendly. The location is awesome and easy to catch the bus to the city. It was only the WIFI network needs improvement so all rooms are well covered and fully connected.
The view and just the decorations of the hotel and rooms were very nice. Plus, the staff - except the one who originally checked us in - was VERY helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Like it
Very comfortable and clean hotel well located in main area of Granada. Great breakfast.
Great location, close public transportation, I had great views from my balcony, excellent WiFi service, very fast.
Leonardo hotel was a great place for my friends and I to stay for a quick weekend in Granada. I would surely stay there again.
Nice hotel we requested a balcony as we would be celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our request was met thank you Leonardo. Good breakfast selection although breakfast could be hotter we found. Rooms clean and nice with great views of the city. Beds a little firm but ok. Very pleasant and helpful staff made our stay an enjoyable experience.
