We did not stay, it was awful. We found another room. Management was not helpful.

Building has a bad odor.
Rooms are in bad shape, carpets are filthy and smells nasty in the room. Elevator did not work and stair case up to the rooms was nasty and the carpet was disgusting. Building’s ac didn’t keep the building cool. Torn carpet and broken tile and grout.

Pros:

Coffee maker as advertised was not available; you had to ask for it; microwave was inoperable; management could not address problem until next day which was the day we checked out…

Cons:

This property under new management was not the same place which we had used before; the bed was horrible; horrible!

We had a decent stay and would stay again if needed. The location is good.
Pros:

I liked the location and the size of the room. The beds were comfortable and staff friendly.

Cons:

It was very loud. You can hear walking and doors shutting and people talking unfortunately. Im also a light sleeper so someone who isn’t would probably be fine.

It was ok; not great.
Cons:

It was mediocre. The orange juice was very watery and the staff did not speak English, when I asked her to address it. The potatoes were not cooked and were still hard when I attempted to spear one with a fork. The fork was the cheapest that can be purchased. The tines bent when used on even an omelette.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were large & clean. We have stayed here on 2 separate occasions & are planning a stay here again in November.

Cons:

The key cards did not work on the doors from the outside. We parked in the back & had to walk around to the front. Hopefully, that will be fixed before we come back in November.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly . Breakfast was good spread of items . If I would change anything it may be more lighting around pool , it was preety dark for my younger boys. Overall stay was well worth it and will for sure stay again when in Round Rock. We were down for a 7v7 football tournament and had a great time 👍

Cons:

Just the lighting at the pool , more of a safety concern . Overall great job !

Good bones, but lacking in comfort and quality
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very convenient for getting around. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast experience felt cheap; food was served on paper plates with plastic cutlery, and the hot items were only lukewarm. While the rooms are a good size, the AC unit is extremely loud-we had to choose between a quiet room that was too hot or a cool room that was too noisy to sleep in. Also, the bathroom layout is cramped; the door is so close to the toilet that moving in and out is quite awkward.
