It’s a great place for the price I got it at.
The Location is great! Close to 101 north and south ramps. Close to downtown and historic railroad district. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. Nice fire pit in the courtyard and pool was enjoyable. Really good breakfast on-site. I would stay here again.
The bed was not very comfortable and I personally did not like the pillows. The price for one night was a little high and you have to pay for parking.
Location of hotel was ok and some of the staff were kind.
We booked a suite for the exterior patio that was shown in the pictures, but upon checking in it appeared to be a separate room type and we did not have any exterior or patio. Front desk clerk whom I asked about this was rude and was not interested in helping at all. Shower was still a bit dirty and housekeeping is apparently on request, which nobody had informed us about. Breakfast was pricey for a small buffet with limited options and one day we had to wait for 10+ minutes to even be seated, whilst they kept helping walk-ins. I have tried to reach out to the hotel about these issues to address them multiple times, but it is impossible to get in touch with them or get a response. Seems that they only want to help easy or happy guests. Price quality ratio is definitely bad and would never stay gain nor would I recommend this place.

We had a relaxing weekend getaway with my family at the Hyatt. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were great. We spent plenty of time enjoying the pool and hot tub.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main streets, surrounded by plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops
The environment was welcoming , the staff were very friendly and polite. The location was great it was a very pleasant stay.

Location was great. Restaurants within walking distance. Many fine wineries within a 15 mile radius. Rooms were clean.
