I brought a friend overnight. You guys really did false advertising Friday was supposed to be wine tasting and it wasn’t

Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend this place to others.
Pros:

The shower was very nice. The pool view was very nice. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no alarm clock. There were no shelves in the refrigerator.

Relaxing weekend getaway
Pros:

We had a relaxing weekend getaway with my family at the Hyatt. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were great. We spent plenty of time enjoying the pool and hot tub.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main streets, surrounded by plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops

In the heart of wine country

I would ask for my money back if I could
Pros:

I have stayed here twice now and both times had bad experiences. This is not the level of a Regency hotel. This hotel is off the and I don’t mind that to be honest but to charge $25 a night for parking is not aligned to the tear of the hotel. I feel this hotel is much closer to a Hyatt house than a Hyatt Regency.

Beautiful Hotel!
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff is kind and caring and always had the answer to my questions. I was able to walk somewhere for every meal (I didn't try any on-site restaurants but the food catered to our meetings was delicious.) There's also a nice trail along the river behind the hotel and the grounds surrounding the hotel are gorgeous as well. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Santa Rosa.

Excellent experience
Pros:

Excellent Hotel everyone was friendly and service was great!. We ate in the Restaurant railroad stop and the waitress named China was Amazing she was kind and courteous and was empathetic to the situation of us attending a Funeral later that day. Please thank her again for her kindness.

Relaxing and quiet
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency. We were there for our honeymoon and enjoyed the wine provided at check in. We also enjoyed the smores every evening we were there. It was fun to roast the marshmallows by the fire pit.
