A $35 daily fee is assessed to all reservations for destination amenities including complimentary morning coffee in the lobby, infused water in lobby throughout day, 2 water bottles daily upon request, wi-fi access, bicycles and helmets, games in the Sonoma Courtyard, outdoor heated pool and fitness center, complimentary wine tastings on Friday evenings and discounts to our wine partners. Close to the highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants

Cons:

No free parking options, a large chunk of the pay to park lot is dirt. If you get there late, you’ll park there. Additionally weak water pressure and disinterested staff.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly; great location in downtown Santa Rosa: king size bed was great!

Cons:

The bathroom was not very clean, appeared to have had repairs by some of the dirty marks near the wall nearest to the door.

good potential but could be much better
Pros:

goo location and good layout of the facilities

Cons:

the hotel was understaffed. many common things like slippers etc. were not available.

There were hidden fees such that $35 per day convenience fee and $24 per day parking. It shows up on booking.com but it is in fine print. While making the price comparison with other hotels, these fees make it unfair competition.

Great for family with young adults
Pros:

Beautiful scenery, relaxing atmosphere, everything is clean and new and family friendly. Went to a lovely Greek/Turkish restaurant on Christmas Day and had a wonderful dinner.
