Estadia excelente, nada a apontar, recomenda-se.
Pros:

- Hotel bastante bonito, moderno e muito bem cuidado, com uma decoração atual e agradável.

- A localização é excelente, próximo da estação de Santa Lucia e dos vaporettos, o que facilitou bastante as deslocações.

- O staff foi sempre muito simpático e acolhedor.

Fomos especialmente bem recebidos pelo querido Alberto, sem dúvida o italiano mais simpático que alguma vez conhecemos. Deixou-nos logo à vontade, esteve à conversa connosco algum tempo e deu-nos imensas dicas sobre a cidade. Seguimos praticamente todas as suas sugestões — só ficou uma por fazer por falta de tempo!

Se um dia voltarmos, sem dúvida que iremos ficar novamente hospedados aqui, recomendo totalmente a estadia.

- Por último, o pequeno-almoço foi bastante bom, completo e variado, para além de estarem sempre a repor os alimentos.

Great location and clean rooms, but service and basic amenities need improvement.
Pros:

The location is excellent, the rooms were clean, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I would recommend it for the location and room quality.

Cons:

The staff could be more polite, and some basic amenities like a toothbrush kit and bathroom slippers were missing.

Funcionários nota 1000.
Pros:

Ótima localização. Perto da estação S Luzia. O hotel fica num beco bem perto. Tem restaurantes próximos. Café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento dos funcionários nota 1000. Principalmente o Alberto. Que nos recebeu muito bem. Acabamos ficando mais um dia porque gostamos muito. Funcionários do café muito gentis, tb faziam de tudo para nos agradar. Quarto ótimo só um pouco pequeno mas isso nao foi problema. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes. Adoramos.

الفندق ادواته و معداته ممتازة و قريب جداً من محطة القطارات الرئيسية، الإفطار كان لا بأس فيه، بس حقيقة انصح انه الحجز ما يشمل الإفطار، يمديكم تستمتعون بالإفطار في الكوفي شوبس المحلية الموجودة في فينيسيا

الإفطار جيد، و لكن يفضل انه يكون فيه اختيارات ايطالية أكثر

lovely and clean hotel securing a great stay for exploring Venice
Pros:

clean, comfortable, felt secure, lovely breakfast and pleasant breakfast area.
hotel smelled really good and fresh in all areas,
location was very comfortable as:
- it is next to the train station and car parking area (so no need to carry luggage in Venice)
- there is a big nice bridge exactly opposite the hotel's alley so you just jump in the centre in a few steps

Cons:

cleaning service entered my room despite having the "do not disturb" on, other tan that all was good
