According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Desagradável..
Pros:

Tamanho do quarto

Cons:

Atendimento pessimo desde os manobristas, recepcionista , segurança .
Equipe nota zero total falta de educação e ouvi também no elevador de outros hóspedes.
Uma lástima, café da manhã péssimo até iogurte estragado pegamos e o funcionário nos pediu desculpa e falou que iria recolher o restante que estava no Bufet.
Equipe sem treinamento!

Pros:

O hotel é antigo, mas bem cuidado. Tudo funciona adequadamente, Café da manhã compatível, quarto amplo, lençóis ok, bom custo-benefício. Entre o Ibirapuera e a AV. Paulista. Funcionários muiti atenciosos, destaque para Sra. Helen, muito atenciosa e prestativa.

Cons:

Banheiro antigo, receberia bem um reforma.

Café da manhã !!! Muito bom !!!

Cons:

Duas coisas; me colocaram num quarto de deficiente físico !!! Cama muito baixa pouca decoração lógico que está preparado para um deficiente. Outra coisa que não tem nada haver foi o valor cobrado pela uma simples água !!! R$ 15,00 é um roubo !!!! Me senti roubado, hotel precisa ganhar claro !!! Mas assim já é demais.
