Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

At check in, children without parental presence must present an authorization signed by both parents and original identification documents. In the case children are accompanied by parents, original identification documents are required.

If it is not possible to present the credit card, the total amount of the reservation will be charged again on the guest's own credit card or another form of payment, such as debit card, cash or PIX. In this case, the amount charged to the credit card during the booking will be refunded.

For reservations made by third parties, the payment must be made exclusively via PIX.

Cons:

Hotel esta muito antigo. Cheguei no hotel por vokta de 22:30 e solicitei agua fui informada que nao seria possível pois so era possível adquirir na geladeira do restaurante e o.nak havia chave para abrir a geladeira.
