Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

At check in, children without parental presence must present an authorization signed by both parents and original identification documents. In the case children are accompanied by parents, original identification documents are required.

Please note that the credit card used for the booking must belong to one of the guests. In case of reservations made in the Non-Refundable rates, the reservation center will send a payment link to your message box via the Booking.com platform. The card used must be presented at check-in.

If it is not possible to present the credit card, the total amount of the reservation will be charged again on the guest's own credit card or another form of payment, such as debit card, cash or PIX. In this case, the amount charged to the credit card during the booking will be refunded.

For reservations made by third parties, the payment must be made exclusively via PIX.

Pros:

Cama confortável, quarto grande, roupas de cama muito limpas e macias!
Bom café da manhã com muitas opções e serviço de quarto muito bom também!

Cons:

O controle da TV não estava funcionando tão bem mas não solicitei a troca porque quase não usei a TV

Tá de sacanagem em tempos modernos hotéis assim

Luzes que nao ascenderam, geladeira não gela, sem cofre, paga para usar uma simples taça e como peguei 2 paguei 15 reais so para usar, cama barulhenta demais, barulhos das instalações de água na parede, janela pela parte externa imunda, chuveiro nao esquenta direito tanto que nao utilizamos a banheira, falta de orientação sobre a placa da porta(todos os hotéis que tem placas era somente virar), ar condicionado não é bom além de nao ter controle remoto
