Expérience décevante! Manque de fiabilité et service non conforme à un 5 étoiles !
Pros:

L'hôtel bénéficie d'une situation géographique idéale. Depuis notre chambre au 6ème étage, nous avons profité d'une vue superbe
Les piscines, tant intérieure qu'extérieure, sont spacieuses et très agréables. La terrasse est particulièrement bien exposée et parfaitement ensoleillée.

Cons:

Expérience décevante : Manque de fiabilité et service non conforme à un hôtel 5 étoiles
Je déconseille cet hôtel si vous attendez la rigueur et l'honnêteté propre à un établissement de luxe. Plusieurs points ont rendu notre séjour très désagréable :
Manquement aux engagements tarifaires :Nous avions réservé par écrit un transfert pour PortAventura (128 km) au tarif de 300 €. Une fois sur place, la direction a refusé d'honorer ce prix, exigeant 750 € pour la même prestation. Une telle pratique est inadmissible. La directrice a réussi à nous dire que les 300€ était pour un transfert vers l’aéroport!
Suite à ce désaccord, on nous a assuré que le train était une alternative "très rapide". Résultat : 3 heures de trajet et une arrivée au parc à 12h30. Une perte de temps totale due à un manque de considération pour le client.
Sollicitations abusives du personnel : Le voiturier (Alex) s'est montré extrêmement insistant pour obtenir des pourboires et pour nous forcer la main afin de réserver un restaurant où il semble avoir des intérêts personnels. Ce type de comportement "à la commission" est indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing.
(Autre anecdote : sur le dernier jour il n’y avait pas d’eau dans la chambre pendant deux heures)
En résumé :Un service qui privilégie le profit immédiat au détriment de la satisfaction et de la parole donnée. Passez votre chemin, il existe de bien meilleurs 5 étoiles dans la région.

luxury stay … chilled vibes and views to die for
Pros:

stunning property. modern facilities. spa area and pool. tranquil location with amazing views over Barcelona. great outdoor area for relaxing by the pool or on the terrace. white lotus vibes. staff are friendly and service is 5 star

Cons:

the trade off for the location and beautiful property is the distance from Barcelona. the hotel run a shuttle 10am and 4pm but it would be handy to have another one at say 8pm so you can go for dinner. uber is about 35 euros into the city

Destination in and of itself. Beautiful, tastefully decorated, quality products and services.

Cons:

The restaurants options were too limited. Mostly tapas with seafood and pork which we don’t eat.
Also it was very tough to get an Uber or taxi into town. Sometimes we gave up and stayed at the hotel all day (which isn’t the worst since it’s gorgeous and the staff is so nice).
Because it’s on a hill, walking into town wasn’t really an option.
Would be great if the hotel offered bicycles and vespas.
Lastly it would have been great to have outdoor heaters so we could enjoy the views in the evening and our terrace as our stay was in spring where the temps were 40 to 60 Fahrenheit with constant wind.

Staffs really help us a lot. Starting from parking service to the restaurant and the lobby reception everyone helped us
Pros:

Property is the only one at the tibidabo mountain. The view is spectacular. Pure mansion on the top of the mountain with sea and barselona city view on the other hand forest and temple of the jesus.

Cons:
