El jacuzzi de la habitación estaba sucio, el agua turbia y fría. El agua de la alberca estaba fría. No había personal atendiendo la barra de bebidas. No se nos mostró la carta de bebidas. En el restaurante no se nos mostró la carta de vinos. El mesero no sabía preparar un cocktail martini. El salón de juegos tenía pobre iluminación y los ventiladores no funcionaban. El personal de mantenimiento estaba jugando billar en lugar de limpiar el salón. De mala manera dejaron de hacerlo y simularon barrer solo para observar a mis invitadas de manera incómoda. Se nos avisó de un cargo por daños al taco de billar. Les mostré el desprendimiento de la goma por el simple uso constante de éste y aceptaron no hacer cargo alguno. Utilizamos el transporte del hotel para el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa, y los conductores manejaron a una velocidad inmoderada.
No había personal en la barra de bebidas de la alberca y palapa. No se nos mostró la carta de vinos en el restaurante. Durante nuestra estancia no hubo en ningún día muesli o avena para desayunar, aunque estos dos platillos estaban en la carta. Se nos dijo que no tenían. El servicio de transporte del hotel hacia y desde el aeropuerto fue incómodo por la manera de manejar de los choferes a alta velocidad.
Las Alamandas es una propiedad preciosa, el servicio es excelente.
Gran lugar para descansar y estar aislado de las aglomeraciones.
Muy buen servicio, pero hay que estar listo para gastar en alimentos, todo lo ponen en n USD y me cargan el 18 de servicio, además de qué ningún precio lo ponen con el IVA incluido.
Las instalaciones de lujo y tienen 4 playas donde te pueden armar para estar completamente aislado de la zona del hotel.
De verdad una gran opción.

A truly amazing experience. What a special place! Four different private beaches, true privacy, aMAYZing, luxurious suites, wonderful service. Truly a remarkable place and I can't wait to return.
The place is absolutely stunning, with every amenity you could think of. It was one of our most relaxing and restful vacations to date! Specifically, we appreciated:
-round trip car service from/to PV airport
-tour of the property early in our stay, so we got to see the 4 beaches and lookout points available for booking
-lunches on a beautiful private beach
-sunset on a stunning lookout point
-workouts at the well equipped gym
-room service on our rooftop terrace
-dips in the pool before dinner
-the staff are fantastic and immediately respond to any requests by WhatsApp
-the food is fresh, tasty and healthy - especially loved the omelettes, ceviches, coconut shrimp, soups, juices and fruit plates
-with only 18 rooms and not being fully booked, at times it felt like our own personal resort
-the mandatory New Year’s Eve dinner and entertainment were enjoyable but overpriced
-the gym wasn’t serviced regularly during our stay

The location is absolutely spectacular, it is truly a gem. We loved the size of the estate and the privacy and peace it provided, we also had a wonderful experience with the staff and a spacious, comfortable room.

Amazing property that offers privacy and subtle luxury at every turn. The property tour is a must to understand what this place has to offer. We spent a day at a private beach and rode horses. The food was great and service outstanding. Our bungalow was big and authentically decorated. Las Alamandas is a gem.
Remote paradise.
Stunning location, private, peaceful and like stepping back in time. The food was excellent (farm to table) and the staff couldn't do enough to help, even fixing the flat tyre on our car without us having to ask which was a lifesaver. It's got Chateau Marmont by the sea vibes - so is a bit retro/tired in places but that added to the charm - just don't expect state of the art facilities and mod cons. The grounds are huge and the beaches deserted and beautiful.
We were the only guests at the whole resort as we went during low season (without realising) so felt a bit of a skeleton staff at times (understandably!) having to go in search of someone to get a drink from etc. We were still very well looked after but would have loved a few more people around and a bit more vibe at times. Also (if we were being really picky) we would have loved wifi to be a bit more available (to check in back home) - but it was also a blessing not having it!
