Very friendly staff, very clean, great entertainment & food
Facilities were great and staff friendly. However I did feel there were gaps in communication between departments and we were not informed on arrival that we needed to book for breakfast
The mattress in our room was very soft and causing some discomfort

The staff when checking in the staff didn’t advise that we needed to book for dinner and breakfast - I had to go back to reception as the restaurants couldn’t book us in - reception Agi who booked us in - said she didn’t think she could fit us in and then breakfast would have to be at 10am this wouldn’t suit us but then said we could go at 7:45am - this morning there was probably about 6-10 people there. I found Agi was quite rude and didn’t explain the process of booking dinner and breakfast
Brilliant location really clean nice decor though out
Nothing in particular a little moan about the entertainment nothing major
Great location with plenty of choice in eating 3 restaurant 2 bars 2 theatres. Staff very helpful. Grounds excellent.
Room was a little bit untidy
The old part of the building is beautiful though the grounds could do with the attention of a gardener who cares about plants rather than just preventing weeds.
Aside from the receptionist and the very young lady taking the food order, the rest of the staff only seemed interested in talking to each other, we were an inconvenience it seemed. Food quality was very average and poorly prepared, either overdone or underdone. I doubt we'll return.

Reception facilities were the worst I have ever experienced. Inadequately staffed at one small counter. Inflexible eating arrangements. Unhelpful responses to our complaints.

Fire alarm light was flashing all through the night and should be positioned away from the bed area and I didn’t get any sleep and ruined our break.
Standard room was too small so would upgrade next one
The breakfast in Manor House could have been better waited 30 minutes for poached egg and was freezing cold when they served it and couldn’t eat it.
Inform visitors on website to use google maps as sat nav didn’t take us to the hotel and took us to a closed road and was deep into the countryside should have a sign up for visitors. It happens all the time reception said.
