The experience was great, Michal at reception was fantastic. The market kitchen manager was absolutely amazing. The facilities are great, the staff are very friendly it was a great experience. I had issues with spa bookings and their processes with the hotel reception but other than that it was a pleasant stay.
The spa booking process was cumbersome and quite annoying
The stay was frustrating. The meal booking system was too rigid, signage was poor, and the car park was far with no map or guidance. Constantly scanning codes for basic information made everything feel unnecessarily complicated.

Apart from it being like an upmarket Butlin's with its regimented meal time slots it is a lovely facility but so large and with poor internal signage and remote Car Park it was good
The remote Car Park and long walk to Reception without assistance and the poor internal signage on locations within the building
Die Zimmer waren z.T. nicht sauber und müffelig. Daher haben wir ein Zimmerwechsel vorgenommen. Die Verarbeitung der Zimmer ist mangelhaft.

No air con and tea /water fountains and coffee to be more readily available throughout certain areas of hotel
The breakfast was very good...a big selection and very good staff. There was something for everyone.
The room was not very clean..tea stains on walls and hair all over the bathroom.
This is a great hotel. I definitely would recommend! It has everything you need, multiple bars and restaurants, spa and gym, entertainment! Rooms were comfortable with beautiful gardens.
Scenery and beauty. Very modern inside with such an aged building
Struggled with directions to the room especially and reception.
We entered north wing by error and had to go back to south wing. We also went in the wrong set of lifts and couldn’t get to the rooms for 300+. However eventually figured it out and got there but it wasn’t as easy as expected.
Location and facility
Good was not great - a little bland and poorly described on the menu. For example - no meringue in an Eton mess
Idyllic location, spacious and has everything you need!
Nothing it was excellent, but I think the pool and seating areas could be bigger
We enjoyed breakfast in Brasserie 32 very much.
It was difficult to find our way around the hotel as there were no printed maps and we couldn’t access QR codes.
Breakfast very good we if we stay there again we will book the evening meal for whole stay as the hotel is in large grounds and not near any large towns
